This complaint will never be resolved until this company starts to be honest with what happened.  Once again, they are lying.  Yes, the bed has been delivered after many delays and unfulfilled promises.  No, they did not inform me through this process.  The customer service I received could not have been any worse.  Any communication I received was initiated by me and EVERY time I tried to get a status it took multiple unanswered phone calls or unreturned emails in order to rudely get information.  We can continue to go around this merry go round, but until they are honest, I'm not getting off this merry go round.  I would hate for any other person to have to go through the hassle that I have had to go through due to their false advertising and empty promises!

They never mentioned that I can not return because it's custom made. And did'n tell me the product has odor to it on their website.thay said some product need some time to breath since it's in the box for awhile but it wasn't even in the box when I received the product. It was just wrapped with some plastic wrap and I don't understand why it was sitting in the box for a while if the product is custom made. I assume that they made it a while ago. Anyways I had my allergy problem and can not use the product so I want them to accept for the return.

Review: I recently ordered a Japanese Shiki futon(Japanese type mattress)from them. But when I received the item it had a bad odor and I got allergic reaction when I slept on it(had itchy eye and runny nose and stuff). I tried to use the mattress cover but It didn't work...So I emailed to tell them how I was having problem and that I want to return the product.

But they never answer and it's been a while. So I don't know what to do...

Please help meDesired Settlement: I would like to return the item and get the refund. And cover the returning shipping cost since they never respond and didn't have any description on the web page about the odor or that might has a chance to get allergic reaction.

Review: 1. September **, 2014: 4" Ultra Soft Extra Long Memory Foam Tri-fold Mattress (AZFS) purchased online from Foldingbed.net., which retails for [redacted].

2. September **, 2014: Product received by me.

3. Between October [redacted]: The product was slept on and it was confirmed when the covering was unzipped that there was no memory foam included as advertised on the website, as stated on my receipt, as indicated on the product tag or as stated on the product label.

4. October *, 2014 (11:56 A.M.): I called the company and was instructed to send an email of my complaint to Customer Service. At 12:13 P.M. I sent the email with pictures of the product. At 12:20 P.M. I received a reply emphatically stating that what I have is memory foam and was asked to read the label. At 1:21 P.M. I replied that it was not, and proceeded to call [redacted]. They emphatically stated that they do not make that particular line in memory foam and do not advertise the same as memory foam. I pointed out that their label says "memory foam" as well as their tag. They refused to accept any responsibility and state that I must speak with Foldingbed.net

5. October *, 2014 (12:22 P.M.): I called Foldingbed.net. I spoke to the [redacted] who stated that he will not accept culpability as he has been retailing the same product for years with out a single complaint, and that the I must take up the matter with [redacted]. At 12:28 P.M. I called [redacted] one last time and stated I did not want to make trouble, and only wanted the correct product or a refund. They emphatically told me they don't make or advertise this particular product using memory foam and stated that the only thing they can do for me was to send me an email restating what was said to me in the telephone conversation.

6. October *, 2014 at 12:38 P.M. I called Revdex.com.

7. I am able to verify all my claims with documentation if need. I thank you for helping me to resolve this in the most amicable way.Desired Settlement: 1. The correct product as advertised and stated on my receipt (4" Ultra Soft Extra Long Memory Foam Tri-fold Mattress (AZFS)) or

2. A full refund for the return of the product (return shipping at no cost to me).

I will be happy with either.

The manufacture represents the product to us as memory foam. The product label indicates that it is memory foam and polyurethane foam. If the manufacture will not take it back we will if the customer contacts us for a return.

Review: I ordered a bed from this company and it was not shipped out as the website stated (within 24 hours). Days later I called to get a status to learn it had not shipped yet. They said they would contact the warehouse (which they did) and it was to be delivered in 5 business days. Then I placed another order with them for another bed only if they would ship the same way with the 5 business days (I needed it in a hurry). They stated they would contact the warehouse and get it taken care of. I placed the order on 9/**/15 and still have not received the order and I cannot get a hold of this company. I have called several times and get sent to a voicemail box, left a voicemail message, sent an email, and attempted to utilize their "live chat" on their website only to get a message that there are no operators available to chat with.Desired Settlement: That I get a return call and receive my order via overnight delivery. I am overdue on a project now that they have not delivered as promised.

This is another example of false advertising on behalf of this company. After days of not hearing ANYTHING from them I finally got a response that they would be shipping my item this past Monday. I asked for them to send me a tracking number, they said they would and then I did not hear from them again until today (Friday). Even though I sent multiple emails asking for the tracking number, I never heard anything one way or another until today when they sent me a BOL number for my shipment and the name of the company it was shopping through. I tried to track my shipment and the number that they gave me was a bogus number. I called the shipping company to verify and they verified that was not a number they use within their company. They do not have a shipment even today (F I tried to track my shipment and the number that they gave me was a bogus number. So, while this company was updating this complaint with false information I am trying to get an honest answer out of them and a valid tracking number. the good news is that the shipping company is very helpful

Hi, The bed was delivered a while ago. Yes, we did have delays in shipment. We where in contact with the customer and she was informed of the delays. We got it out as fast as possible. Review: I ordered a Futon from FoldingBed.Net order # [redacted] The bed was never delivered. My [redacted] account was charged. I contacted [redacted], they said I should contact the business. I did. They said they refunded my money to [redacted]. [redacted] said this is a scam, that the company is unable to do this type of transaction. The company will not provide a refund ($285 !) plus I still do not have the futon.Desired Settlement: They can send my a check, since they are at this point unable to credit [redacted].

Review: On **/**/14, [redacted] ordered a folding bed from Foldingbed.net. Bed was extremely too hard for an elderly woman after sleeping on it for just one day. An additional mattress was purchase form [redacted] and that did not help. [redacted] at Foldingbet.net was contacted and the situation explained. [redacted], via email, instructed us to return the bed back at our cost and he would refund the purchase price minus 25% restocking fee ($550.00 - $137.50 = $4**.250). After several emails back and forth, the bed being returned and received on 1/**/15, and still no refund. Also, [redacted]' credit card company has been contacted and they have put a temporary refund in the amount in question.Desired Settlement: To please refund [redacted]' credit card in the amount of $412.50.
