Folkes Heating Cooling & Burner Service

Sean & Diego installed a new heating unit today. They were professional, polite and thorough. They had to contend with an attic installation and had to make multiple trips in and out of the house during a wet and rainy day. They were careful to avoid any unnecessary mess including covering the floor as well as their boots every time they went in and out of the house and handling the heavy equipment with great care. They walked me through the install once everything was complete and made sure they discarded any old equipment and associated trash. I have consistently received reliable and timely service from Folkes.

I chose Folkes for my furnace and central air conditioning services 2 years ago and I am completely satisfied with the service the technicians provide. Vinny was the technician who serviced my furnace on 10/30. He was thorough, explained important info and took good care of the furnace. I am pleased with Folkes.
