I have that transaction ID too. I have never received it. I can show my statement. I also called up my bank. They could not find that transaction. I called the business to ask if that ID is bank ID or their internal ID and they said "this is what we have, Good Bye". They hung up on me.

As you can see I have attached a modified portion of the deposits made into my account. I modified it only to block out other financial information from being viewed. Very clearly, you can see that the Follinique company only refunded me for one product. My bank is a large, reputable bank and has absolutely nothing to do with the money not being refunded to my account. It is simply that this scam artist business did not refund it. Actions are what matters, not words. This company stating they refunded me is only that - words. Dishonest and untruthful words. I find the fact that this company chooses to have horrible customer service over doing the right thing and being responsible business owners a clear statement and testimony to their true ethical nature. This company is founded on fraudulent and unethical practices.

I spike with my bank and they insrtucted me to obtain the date , time, and ACH numbers for the electronic credits from the P Health company.  The transaction numbers do not have anything to do with the credits to my bank.  When I asked the company they gave me the transaction numbers and when I explained that was not what I needed they said "Thank you and have a good day " and then hung up on me,  This happened several times.  Maybe you will have better luck obtaining the correct information.  I still have not received the credits from this company

they've been telling me that since 12/2916. It still had not posted to account that's my complaint

I reviewed the e-mail response from Follinique and that is the same e-mail they have sent me. They say it was refunded on Jan. 17th BUT it could take up to 30 days from that date to be applied to my account. I have those e-mails as well as the last correspondence with them as I did attach their responses. I have contacted my bank several times and there hasn't been any refunds issued from Follinique and their isn't anything pending or on hold from Follinique. I've called on Feb. 20th, before I sent the e-mail, and they said they couldn't even locate me in their system. I just want my money back in my account b/c they weren't authorized to take it to begin with.  Ms. [redacted]
