I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11309550, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
You need to start issuing credit for items that you cannot fulfill.  No one should need to file a complaint with their credit card company in order to get their funds back, due to your lack of fulfillment.

I also want to say that, at the time of the complaint, we had not been able to get any response from the company.  Since then, however, the people there have been responsive, kind and courteous in working out a substitute resolution.  I appreciate their efforts and withdraw my complaint.

The customer placed order # [redacted] for $881.99 on March 9, 2016 for a BBQ grill.  The order was later cancelled due to fulfillment issues, for which the customer was issued full credit of $881.99 on 4/20/16 per the attached receipt.  We sincerely apologize for the delay and...
