This guest had been in the room since about 11:00 am on 12-5-17 spent all day in room with his lady friend with no complaints.They waited til Check Out time and wanted to start complaining trying to say everything was bad.. Trying to get a refund. We'vehad previous dealings with this Guest he knows to let us know if there is any issues, So we can deal with them at time. There is no way to know that the issues existed at time of check in or happened during time he was in room...[redacted]

I didn't throw the key, I placed it with my receipt on top of my car, as I was happy and relocating. I was taking a picture and it was gone.[redacted] said he can jimmy the locks..well someone somewhere there had the old key to my room?  A lot of people going in and out that night I stepped out to find this "old key" to my room...113.The bigger issue is the very day I left my card was used by someone, I sure didn't open a Rent To own account! And yes, I gather the matinence man dropped the key late that night off his keyring? Those are the issues [redacted], I take it my bank is also investigating this also.Since they had to pay me back, a lot of interesting people around there to put it nicely.[redacted]

To whom it may concern, here are some photos of the sheets and mattress. As you can plainly see there are blood stains on both the sheets and mattress, as well as hair and a dryer sheet left on the sheets also.

Miss [redacted] was informed at the time we didn't have any weekly rooms available and was told all we had was nightly. She stated that was fine she was given a discount. She didn't pay all at once due to her not knowing exactly how long she needed to stay. Upon check in she went back to her car and...

throw the key for the room and lost it.. She was told she would have to pay for it... So she went out and purchased a new door knob and since the Maintenance man was off I the manager went out and put knob on door. She proceeded to stay and pay for for more days with no signs of any problems so I don't know what this complaint is about...[redacted]

Review: I went to Footlocker today to buy basketball shorts and shirts for my grandson. The total was $143.99. I swiped my card, the machine said POS error, they said swipe it again, I did that. They then had a host error. They tried to ring the transaction on another machine. In the meantime I checked my account via online banking and sure enough, the money came out of my account. NOT as a pending transaction. I showed this to the Store Manager and spoke to the General Manager. Needless to say, Footlocker has $143.99 and I have no merchandise. The manager mentioned this happened to another customer 2 weeks ago in the same [redacted] store. Same reaction from Footlocker... not their problem.Desired Settlement: I want $143.99 returned to my account.

Review: Friday, June 19, 2015Dear Revdex.com:On Saturday, June 13, 2015, I purchased sneakers from the Foot Locker Retail Store at the Concord Mall, Wilmington, De location in the amount of $80.00. This purchase was made with my Wright-Patt Federal Credit Union debit card.On Friday, June 19, 2015, I returned the aforementioned item to the same store location. According to my receipt, the store location is [redacted], Register 003, Cashier name is [redacted] in my view did not possess any saliable communication attributes and often seemed assuming in his dealings with me. [redacted] also did not seem approachable and distant as he was completing my refund transaction. Moreover, [redacted] did not offer any viable options for my refund. His exact instructions to me were to swipe my card which I complied, however, once my refund transaction was recorded it appeared as a credit on the receipt (Receipt Number [redacted]).My complaint is directed and lodged against the store's policy and procedures of refunds. [redacted] should have articulated to me my debit card options prior to executing the transaction and refund. At the very leas, I should have been accorded the option of inputting my pin number for a debit transaction as opposed credit refund. I paid for the product by debit card then I should have had the same option of receiving my refund by debit card.What is the written store/company policy and practice for debit refunds? How is the debit card refund store policy communicated to a customer? Respectfully submitted[redacted]Desired Settlement: I am requesting an amendment to the store/company current policy that is viewable at the time of purchase (possibly front counter) at all Foot Locker retail stores. This information should specifically address your debit card refund policy and procedure and not left to the discretion of store employees on debit card refunds.Further, if there is such a written statement or policy at the time of purchase on the receipt, please disclose this information with me.Thank you!
