Customer misrepresented vehicle when placing order on a recorded lineCustomer informed us that the vehicle does run an drive when in fact it didn'tWe sent a driver out there to pick up the vehicle to discover it doesn't run and driveAn inoperable vehicle requires a winch to load we only send trucks with winches if a vehicle is an inop! Inop vehicles require extra fees due to the fact that the driver has to perform labor to load the vehicle onto the truck rather then simply driving it onIt would've taken 2-days because we are using car haulers not tow trucksWe can provide a dedicated tow truck to move the vehicle but the cost on that is about $3-4/mile and the customer's vehicle is traveling almost miles so price would be too highWe have not been able to retrieve any phone calls in which customer was responded to in an unprofessional mannerCustomer was extremely aggressive with several of our representatives as we calmly explained to her what is going onWe do the best we can but unfortunately we can't satisfy everyone's needs and we apologize for any inconvenience that may have been causedWe offered the customer another carrier but she refusedUnfortunately we cannot ask our drivers to work for free because of misinformation from a customer so no refund should be due back to the customer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:A1A Express Auto Shipping claims that they spoke to me times through different representatives to explain why they were not returning my depositWhile I can safely say we didn't speak times at all; I would like to point out that my dealings were only with FrankNo other representative ever spoke to meSo where they get representatives from I do not knowAlso they state that there was a truck available to pick my vehicle up on the 24thBut I had not confirmed with them about the pick upIf you have a recorded conversation about this you should attach itBecause I can tell you for a fact they don'tBecause this conversation never happenedHad I requested that the vehicle be picked up; I would not have contested paying the depositTheir stipulation is no charge is made to the card until the vehicle is actually picked upMy vehicle was never picked up and I had never confirmed an appointment for the truck to pick upHence, their premature charge of the deposit is not correct nor justifiedI have attached a document containing a screenshot of the "cancellation document" that they asked me to fill up to release the $deposit charge on my cardThis was apparently to obtain legal support for their illicit charge of the $deposit on my cardThat's allThey tricked me into filling after having charged the card which they shouldn't have ever in the first placeAlso attached are the "deposit swindling reviews by other customers that have come across A1A Express Auto Shipping." If I was the only one trying to get this issue addressed why would so many people be talking about the same matter on reviews online - infact they say things like "scam, deposit cheats." This customer's temperament is very evident from simply reading her repliesCustomer was taunting all of our reps as to how she is an executive for a fortune company and demands respectShe was very disrespectful with each and every repSame consensus among all the reps including [redacted] (Supervisor) who sincerely called to explain to the customer that other reps had already explainedAt the very last minute customer wanted to change location for pick up vehicle to [redacted] *** [redacted] ***Customer further insisted that this was only about a difference of 10-minutes of drive time [redacted] Googled this information to discover the difference was in fact about 35-miles apart taking a car hauler about 1/of hour of drive without trafficWhen we explained this to the customer along with the price increase the customer was very irate, seemingly more about the fact that we were able to Google this information and determine that it wasn't 10-minutes awayWe asked the customer that if there was a way that we can coordinate drop off on a day where she could meet and we offered to work it out with her because we think that may be a feasible option for the budget she was looking to be within.To which the customer replies "I don't give a rats butt what you think, who you is talking to, y'all don't know me"so on and so forthWe tried everything we could to keep the customer happy however she had her interpretation of what was stated in our emailWe thought since she was an executive for a Fortune company she would be able to understand our simple emails of how the process worksWe clearly specify in our emails that these are estimated quotes and they can fluctuate APPROXIMATELY $25-$We capitalize approximately because that is important hereCustomer's price in this case unfortunately went up $and her interpretation was that the price couldn't go up more then $although it doesn't state that in the emailAt this point customer was extremely belligerent and disrespectful and informed us she would like to cancel her order which we didAs per our terms and conditions customer forfeited the deposit and we released the hold to her cardWe apologize we weren't able to rectify this to the customer's liking but unfortunately nothing is due back to the customer and we will not be issuing any refunds whatsoeverWe further determined by researching the board that the customer's route of shipping increased in price in the same week causing customers to pay more

*** *** placed an order with us on 09/04/12:pm est for transport of her vehicleDuring the call she was clearly explained on a recorded line that due to the nature of the business we do not guarantee any specific pick up or drop off dates! Customer was NOT charged anything on 9/4/as

My vehicle did not accrue storage fees until after the original pickup date that I signed for was Missed due to the drivers “hydraulic issues” which was said to me by Joseph C and Jeremy. I have documents stating when fees were accrued and when my vehicle was bought in relation to the first document signed on October 19th storage fees began on October 21st 2017. I had cancelled prior to my card being chargedWhy did they wait until the 24th or 25th of October to charge my card if I signed from the 19th? Revdex.com I would love to submit emails and dated documentsafter researching reviews on this company I understand this is a regular behavior of them charging cards and not wanting to refundthis company did not render a service for me this lap I independently got my car transported. The extent of the damage is not my responsibilityThere is absolutely no way we would have handed our car off to your business if it looked the way it did when we received itFirst of all, there was no mention of a flat tireThe spring of the back right tire was completely gone; the car was sitting on top of the tireThat doesn't just happenUpon loading our vehicle when we dropped it off, you filled out a form noting any type of damages to the vehicle You know very well that you would have noted a significant damage like that, and you did notI have proof of the documentationNot to mention we had to get our car towed from the drop off locationHow would we have been able to drive the car to you in the first place with that type of damage to the back tire? Secondly, the rims were not curb damageThey were freshly scraped and proven to be metal contact, as if you didn't take any caution to the vehicle when loading/unloading on the carrierWhich, on top of the spring, is also why all rims needed to be replaced, along with a new muffler that was freshly scraped, and a new tire that had a hole in itI was not looking to scam your businessI was looking to get my car shipped across the country due to our moveIf you have never had a vehicle damaged during a transport, this situation should have NEVER happenedIt's frustrating for a company to act this way when significant damage has been notedIt's as if my car just got dropped straight from the truck and it's my fault for thatDoesn't make senseI would just appreciate a reconsiderationWhat you guys did is completely absurd.
