Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] , on the first visit, after Jonathan, said she would make it ok, with more and more products, facials, more products, more facials, look what all this is worth, look what I am doing for you.......I have a whole bag of products I have not opened...I returned the f fProducts and [redacted] gave me other ones to try......all the time I am saying please just return my moneyno, I only got I will give you more stuff, I received one facial,and even at that time, I was forced upon to but more stuff, and I will give you so many products if you buy more I had to keep saying no no no.....I felt very pressured.......I have not been back.......I had no date scheduled for another facial....it was to be set after the holidays.....I just want this resolved Why do you want to pressure people like this Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To whom this may concern After review this complaint and doing some research on out end, I regret to inform you that I have no records in our system of this customers purchases, let alone nameWe always add customer name at time of purchase for every single customer that buys from our storeI have checked all POS systems all customer data bases and all invoicesI even tried to check by dollar amount of what she gave in the complaint On another note, I, [redacted] ***, tried to reach the customer via email from the information that was provided in the complaintThe email was sent on July 24th and it was BCC to our customer service managerAfter receiving the email, she called the office and told the secretary in the office, on a day that I was out of the office, that she does not want to be contacted by us only by Revdex.comShe proceeded to tell The secretary, after the secretary asked her for more information since she did not know what she was talking about, and when the secretary asked her if she made a purchase with us she proceeded to say that she didnt know who we wereThe secretary asked for her information so that I could call her back to answer any questions she may have but she denied any information and said she will go through Revdex.comI am adding here the email that was send to her in quotations so that you can see what I asked from her in order to get to the bottom and proceed with further action in helping her and satisfying herplease take this email into consideration and please let us know where we go from here "" Hi [redacted] My name is [redacted] I work in the corporate office for the particular location you are referring to in your Revdex.com complaintJust to clear things up here, Forever Flawless corporate was correct in saying that it is an independent ownerSo it was finally sent over here to us and we want to help and understand the situation In order to further assist you I need to get your phone number because I cant seem to find your name in our system and find you using your email addressthe next thing to use would be your phone numberI also cant seem to find the total of that you said was charged on your cardAnother option is to give us the last digits of the cc you used to look for it that way I also want to connect you to our customer service department so that they can assist you further and I would like to give them your phone number so that they can call youPlease let me know if any of these options work for you to continue this investigation so we can give you some satisfaction in the situation We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we take this very seriouslyPlease get us some form of information so we can make sure we can resolve this for youThank you for your time and we look forward to speaking with you soon Have a great day! If that is the case, how? Do I have to physically go to the store or are they going to mail me a check? If I have to go to the store, are they aware that they are to refund my money? Customer was aware of our return policy BOTH times she purchasedNobody took advantage nor forced her to buyWe will be more than happy to meet customer in person and figure ojt what to do but thats all we can offer at this point

I am rejecting this response because: I don't know the manager's email address and I provided the store information. Why don't they contact the store manager...they should know who the store manager is as I provided the store name and locationAm I supposed to contact the store and ask for this information...I doubt they would give it to me. I just want a refund as that's what the young man that pushed the product said I could get for up to three months and when I went there a little after one month, the manager said they do not do refunds

*** purchased products from us several times*** her sales rep took great care of her and *** chose to keep purchase from herWhen *** decided shes unhappy with the products *** schedule immidietly a meeting with her in order to solve itWe have messages from *** that shes happy
with most productsOnly she didnt likeWe have never heard these horrible accusitions of takin advantage of old personWe do not take advantage of anybody nor force them to buy

The lady received her money and only paid for the products that she wanted.
This explaining of our "sales tactics" is harsh and not right.
We are AAA store with top of the line skin care products.
It is a little bit out of proportion, we will offer discounts
and promotion but we do not force no one to buy stuff

*** ***PS I was told by Kim G*** & the owner, Louie, that they would comp all of the products in my possession & apply a full credit back to my credit card, which I found MORE than satisfactory to resolve my complaint. They were wonderful to work with, & at this point I am very impressed with how this problem was handled. I can't say enough about how well they handled my concerns
