Good evening, Our records indicate that approximately days after your first purchase with us you asked *** if you could return the Zero Gravity machine and as our return policy states at the end of each receipt, every customer has up to days to return unopened/unused products for a full
refund or a day exchange only policyEven though our return policy being as it is, *** asked you to try to keep using the machine until you came in for your scheduled facial, at which point you actually decided to purchase an additional $2,of productsWe haven’t heard anything from you since and assumed confidently that you were a happy customer

Hello and thank you for this email. Please note: Forever Flawless LLC, is the manufacturer of the Forever Flawless line and the brand owner. Forever Flawless LLC, is based in Las Vegas, NV and does NOT own or operate retail locations. All retail locations worldwide, though may be called Forever...

Flawless as they carry this brand, are private, independent, and run by completely separate business entities, and they use the name Forever Flawless for their signage and marketing purposes, yet they are separate and independent businesses. Forever Flawless LLC, is not affiliated with retail stores in any way, shape, or form (outside of supplying the goods). The retailer specified in Denver is a private, 3rd party business, that chooses to sell the Forever Flawless Line among other lines and they are supplied with the Forever Flawless brand via a network of distributors across the country. Each retailer is a private, separate business with its own policies regarding pricing, sales practices, returns, exchanges etc. So, please understand that this complaint was directed to the manufacturer, a Las Vegas based company, and should have been directed specifically to the store in CO. However, since we would like to keep the integrity of the line we have reached out to that store’s manager reported above and urged them to resolve the matter with the customer either by an exchange or a refund to her satisfaction. We were notified the store manager had reached out to the customer and they both work together to resolve this to everybody's satisfaction. [redacted], on the first visit, after Jonathan, said she would make it ok, with more and more products, facials, more products, more facials, look what all this is worth, look what I am doing for you.......I have a whole bag of products I have not opened...I returned the f f. Products and [redacted] gave me other ones to try......all the time I am saying please just return my money.. no, I only got I will give you more stuff, I received one facial,and even at that time, I was forced upon to but more stuff, and I will give you so many products if you buy more.   I had to keep saying no no no.....I felt very pressured.......I have not been back.......I had no date scheduled for another facial....it was to be set after the holidays.....I just want this resolved.  Why do you want to pressure people like this.

Letter to the customer attached.

The refund was made today 7/31/2015 and the customer should have or will be receiving an email from our customer service manager letting her know that it was submitted. She should see the refund in her bank account between 3-5 business days. There is one invoice that is $300 that the customer disputed that we need to wait 10-15 days after the dispute is made to make sure it closes before we can issue her that part of the refund.

To whom this may concern
After review this complaint and doing some research on out end, I regret to inform you that I have no records in our system of this customers purchases, let alone name. We always add customer name at time of purchase for every single customer that buys from...

our store. I have checked all POS systems all customer data bases and all invoices. I even tried to check by dollar amount of what she gave in the complaint. 
On another note, I, [redacted], tried to reach the customer via email from the information that was provided in the complaint. The email was sent on July 24th and it was BCC to our customer service manager. After receiving the email, she called the office and told the secretary in the office, on a day that I was out of the office, that she does not want to be contacted by us only by Revdex.com. She proceeded to tell The secretary, after the secretary asked her for more information since she did not know what she was talking about, and when the secretary asked her if she made a purchase with us she proceeded to say that she didnt know who we were. The secretary asked for her information so that I could call her back to answer any questions she may have but she denied any information and said she will go through Revdex.com. I am adding here the email that was send to her in quotations so that you can see what I asked from her in order to get to the bottom and proceed with further action in helping her and satisfying her. please take this email into consideration and please let us know where we go from here.

Just to clear things up here, Forever Flawless corporate was correct in saying that it is an independent owner. So it was finally sent over here to us and we want to help and understand the situation.
 In order to further assist you I need to get your phone number because I cant seem to find your name in our system and find you using your email address. the next thing to use would be your phone number. I also cant seem to find the total of 1893.67 that you said was charged on your card. Another option is to give us the last 4 digits of the cc you used to look for it that way. 
I also want to connect you to our customer service department so that they can assist you further and I would like to give them your phone number so that they can call you.
Please let me know if any of these options work for you to continue this investigation so we can give you some satisfaction in the situation. 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we take this very seriously. Please get us some form of information so we can make sure we can resolve this for you.

If that is the case, how?  Do I have to physically go to the store or are they going to mail me a check?  If I have to go to the store, are they aware that they are to refund my money? 
If they are refunding my money, then I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If they are not going to refund my money, then no, the resolution is NOT satisfactory to me.

After filing my complaint with the Revdex.com,  I received a full refund from the owner/corporate office, along with a letter of apology, a phone call apologizing, and several gifts. The owner has gone above and...

beyond in making this right.
