I bought perfumes from them and they canceled my order #213937 claiming it was a fraud order. Now they won't refund my money back to me even after trying to contact them so many times. They won't even respond to me via live chat and the only time they responded to me via email they gave me some generic answer telling me my order will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

Horrible experience with this company, and customer service has been no help whatsoeverI ordered my husband bottles of cologne as a gift, only received one of them, and customer service just sends the same automated email, basically saying it's impossible they can tell by the weight there were items shippedWhen I weigh, the one bottle, in the exact box with the same exact shipping contents, it comes to the weight they claim, after explaining this they just send the same automated messageI've requested refunds, and in the middle of filing a dispute through eBayAlso, the bottle I did receive doesn't smell as it should, its very faint and watered down smelling, even though it came wrapped as a brand new bottle from producerObviously, been tampered with professionally

I am rejecting this response because: The Seller is wrong about the shipping and delivery of this item because the item is still in the Seller's possessionIf you look at the UnitedStates Postal Service tracking information it shows that the status of the item as "Returned to Seller." So the Seller still has the item and they need to ship it to meI never received the item in the mailFurthermore, the Seller is only looking at the older, DHL tracking information that shows the item as Shipped but this is incorrectUSPS is supposed to deliver this item to me, not DHLThis is why the Seller is wrong about shipping the item; I believe they used a fraudulent tracking number or they never shipped the item at allIam attaching a photo that shows that the item was “Returned to Seller” by United States Postal Service and not DHL

Since ForeverLux ticked me off something awful, here's some info that may help you fight them back in a lawful way:

#1) ForeverLux is a NJ company. If you need info. on them, like their mailing address, it should be found on the NJ Secretary of State website. Use their 'Search a Business' tab, type in ForeverLux and that business should pop up.

As a NJ domiciled company, they are REQUIRED to register with the NJ Secretary of State.

#2) Feel like you got the short end of the stick dealing with them? You can file a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. If you decide to do so, make sure you gather all relevant material like your unanswered emails, questionable tracking info., receipts, any unopened product if you believe you received fake merchandise. Gather anything and everything that you'd like to see as if you yourself were the actual complaint reviewer and needed convincing evidence the company was doing shady business. The complaint should not cost you anything to submit (except your time).

#3) If you receive unsolicited emails from them and have asked to be removed from their mailing list with no results, or there is no option to unsubscribe from their emails, then send an email to the FTC and make sure to state you believe they are in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act. Google 'CAN-SPAM Act' and you should be able to find the appropriate FTC email address and other helpful info. I ended up sending an email to the FTC after several email requests to ForeverLux to remove from their solicitation list, and boom! ForeverLux's emails stopped almost immediately.

Remember, there are tools out there to fight back, you just need to know where to look -- Google searches using related search words to your specific problem can be useful. Also, I'm sure (hopefully) the state of NJ, or any other state for that matter, would like to be made aware of any company that could be doing business less than honestly (and let's be honest and factual here, every single review on this web page has been negative).

I bought 3 perfum from this thief company they don’t smell good they are fake when I call them to return no one answer my phone I found their aft and I return the perfum back I never get my refund back how come a company doesn’t receive phone call wish mean they are a thief stealing money and also I email them fifteen of messages they never get me back they need to punish by the law that’s not fair to people stay online buy fake parfum after when u tried to return fake sht they don’t answer you

The fact is for two months I received several emails from foreverlux claiming concern or regret which promised actions and none of those actions were...

fulfilled. Therefore, I have no reason to ever believe any claim made by foreverlux. I want a refund of $89.97 for 3 bottles of cologne at $29.99 each.

If you look at the UnitedStates Postal Service tracking information it shows that the status of the item as "Returned to Seller." So the Seller still has the item and they need to ship it to me. I never received the item in the mail. Furthermore, the Seller is only looking at the older, DHL tracking information that shows the item as Shipped but this is incorrect. USPS is supposed to deliver this item to me, not DHL. This is why the Seller is wrong about shipping the item; I believe they used a fraudulent tracking number or they never shipped the item at all. Iam attaching a photo that shows that the item was “Returned to Seller” by United States Postal Service and not DHL.
