I am rejecting this response because: The Seller is wrong about...

the shipping and delivery of this item because the item is still in the Seller's possession. If you look at the UnitedStates Postal Service tracking information it shows that the status of the item as "Returned to Seller." So the Seller still has the item and they need to ship it to me. I never received the item in the mail. Furthermore, the Seller is only looking at the older, DHL tracking information that shows the item as Shipped but this is incorrect. USPS is supposed to deliver this item to me, not DHL. This is why the Seller is wrong about shipping the item; I believe they used a fraudulent tracking number or they never shipped the item at all. Iam attaching a photo that shows that the item was “Returned to Seller” by United States Postal Service and not DHL.

Before the customer opened this case, I had already responded to her concern with the following message:Hello, I am very sorry you are not happy with the item. I can assure you the item is 100% authentic. I strongly suggest taking it to any department store to verify this. If you would...

like to send the item back for a refund or another item, I would be more than happy to help you with that. We would send you a free return label. I will make sure you are happy!! Please let me know.

This is my 2nd purchase and I had a bad experience , I purchase a perfume Million for which after checking the reviews found out that the bottle is hard to open and I decided to return un-open. Forever Lux refunded about 10% and after I informed them about their mistake they refunded less 20% re-stocking fee ,although I never open the bottle, they are not adhering to their own policy. The other order was for Docca Gabano that I usually purchase from Macy and let me be firm about this company. They are sell sub standard products and are diluted they are not selling the actual product so be very care full doing business with ForeverLux. I will never again purchase from them and will inform my friends to be carefull. I also asked them to remove me from their mailing list and I had to tell them several times before they removed my name from their mailing list.

I just purchase my 2nd item from forever Lux and had a bad experience, the perfume I ordered was Million for men and after trying to open the bottle I did not want to damage the bottle decided to return the item un opened. They failed to provide the proper return, they then corrected the return and still charged me a re-stocking charge although I never open the bottle. The charge was only if the bottle is opened. I had previously order a perfume that I usually buy at Macy and let me tell you be careful. The items are not the same fragrance. I want you to be extremely careful but I can tell you the products are sub standard and they donot adhere to their own policy and do not care about the customer they loose so its about who they can cheat out of a few dollars and that adds up.

Review: I bought 3 perfume from their [redacted] store. While purchasing,they said that their perfume was original. But when I get the delivery, I went to check the authenticity and it is found that the perfume shipped from foreverlux was not authentic and perfume cause itchiness. I tried to contact the merchant to return the perfume but they show now response. Then I filed the dispute to my credit card.but they send the proof that the product was delivered to my address so they cannot refund me my money back. I got notice from my credit card company that my dispute was denied. Again I reopened the dispute saying that I was trying to return the product before but foreverlux didnt give me their return address, I still have the product with me which I don't want and I can ship them back. my credit card company reopened the dispute and asked me to give them proof that I returned the product back. I was trying to get in touch with[redacted] and one day finally [redacted] gave me their address. I used [redacted] to retuen them their product back and I send the tracking number and proof to my credit card company. Now foreverlux is saying that they only got 2 perfume and they still need one more perfume. but I sent them all 3 perfume back. when I sent the perfume there is weight indicated in [redacted] receipt. I dont understand why the bussiness like that is giving hard time to customers. Maybe this bussiness is fake and giving problems to many other customers like me. I request the authority to do appropriate investigation about their products and teach them a lesson.Desired Settlement: I want my money back plus I want them to stop doing what they are doing to others. I read many reviews in [redacted] that they were selling fake products. Please investigate everything and punish them according to law.

I didn't select this address. I haven't lived at this address in over Four years! Why would I select an address I haven't lived at in over four years? You used PAYPAL and for some reason they selected that address prior to this purchase. I had no other issues with EBAY purchases, except for the ones that used the PAYPAL Shipping option. I still haven't seen a refund or the package and yes now I am a headache for you. My sons (3) were going to get that for My Mothers day gift. I am a single Mom and it is hard for me to buy anything when I have three boys that come first. So no one now whats to take responsibility, EBAY, PAYPAL, Foreverlux. What is it with customer service these days? What happened to honor the customers request? Half the time you can't find an English speaking representative. Something also needs to be done with your "AUTOMATED" system if you had actual human beings doing the job this would have never happened. Nothing like Automation replacing humans for the job no wonder this country is in disarray.

Review: My problem with this Seller is they did not deliver a product that I ordered from them. I already paid them for the item but seller will not ship it. When I ask why they will not ship they will not respond with anything other than a tracking number. The tracking number looks suspicious to me because it shows the item as "Returned to Seller." If it was “Returned to Seller” then they should be able to reship the item, but they won’t do this and they will not provide a refund either.Desired Settlement: A refund is fine and acceptable at this point.

Review: Foreverlux posted a contest on Facebook, giving away perfume. I was chosen as the winner on Oct. 26, 2015. I have never gotten my perfume. I have attempted to contact them about this thru e-mail and by messages on Facebook, but I have gotten no response. All I want is for this company to stand behind their word and send my perfume. I have bought several bottles of perfume from them in the past and they were sent with no delay.Desired Settlement: I would like for Foreverlux to send the perfume I won.
