This review is based solely on my experience with the Forskolin company and not their product I originally ordered their product of Forskolin Slim on January 15, The money was immediately taken out of my account, but took another week to receive the shipment confirmationIt was more upsetting to see that their advertised price of around $did not match the amount taken from my account, which was closer to $ At the end of the month I noticed another charge on my account of roughly $and so I called thinking that it was a fraudulent charge, and come to find out they have an AutoShip program that you are automatically enrolled into when you make your first purchase (shame on me for not reading all the small print)It would be a great feature for returning customers, but I felt that it should have been something that was not a default, and could be set up by the customer themselvesThe woman I spoke to was more than happy to help me cancel my account with the company, after doing her best to keep me satisfied with the offer of some free products, should I keep my account with them Around February 15th I finally received my second, unwanted product, but still had not received my original purchase I called the company again, and spoke with the same, wonderful customer service representative who sent out another bottle completely free of charge to meIt took another two weeks and half a dozen emails later before I finally received my product on February 29thIn the end, the only thing I have enjoyed about this company was the customer service representative who, despite her accent, took extra measures to ensure the information she was conveying was properly received (I.e code is A-as in apple, D-as in dinosaur, ect.)Never once did she get upset or aggrivated when asked to repeat or confirm information, as many customer representatives do (according to my own experiences)Due to the length of time it takes to receive product, and the way I felt that I was being stolen from, even if I love the product I originally wanted and ordered, I will not order directly from the company again, but instead will search for it through another website such as Amazon, if it's available

This review is based solely on my experience with the Forskolin company and not their product.
I originally ordered their product of Forskolin Slim on January 15, 2016. The money was immediately taken out of my account, but took another week to receive the shipment confirmation. It was more upsetting to see that their advertised price of around $50 did not match the amount taken from my account, which was closer to $65. At the end of the month I noticed another charge on my account of roughly $45 and so I called thinking that it was a fraudulent charge, and come to find out they have an AutoShip program that you are automatically enrolled into when you make your first purchase (shame on me for not reading all the small print). It would be a great feature for returning customers, but I felt that it should have been something that was not a default, and could be set up by the customer themselves. The woman I spoke to was more than happy to help me cancel my account with the company, after doing her best to keep me satisfied with the offer of some free products, should I keep my account with them. Around February 15th I finally received my second, unwanted product, but still had not received my original purchase. I called the company again, and spoke with the same, wonderful customer service representative who sent out another bottle completely free of charge to me. It took another two weeks and half a dozen emails later before I finally received my product on February 29th. In the end, the only thing I have enjoyed about this company was the customer service representative who, despite her accent, took extra measures to ensure the information she was conveying was properly received (I.e code is A-as in apple, D-as in dinosaur, ect.). Never once did she get upset or aggrivated when asked to repeat or confirm information, as many customer representatives do (according to my own experiences). Due to the length of time it takes to receive product, and the way I felt that I was being stolen from, even if I love the product I originally wanted and ordered, I will not order directly from the company again, but instead will search for it through another website such as Amazon, if it's available.

Review: Today I called about returning bottles of Forskolin Extract that I had ordered October 28, 2014. I paid $149.94 and received the order#[redacted] sometime in November. I used almost two of the five bottles but found that I was gaining weight when I had lost 33 pounds using Slim for Life. I was hoping that your product would keep my weight from returning so I stopped using the Slim for Life tablets. During this time I quickly gained eight pounds and the first of January returned to Slim for Life tablets and my weight is coming back down.

In calling today I learned that because I did not return the product within 30 days that I was not entitled to a refund. I could perhaps see that had I been on the product for 6 mos or so. But this was basicly 2 months of use and I now have 3 unused bottles. There is no way that I would have known whether I thought the product was beneficial to me within the first 30 days. Review: Dec 3 ad offered buy 2 bottles get 1 free at $34.99 ea. Was charged $104.97 not $69.98 plus $4.99 protection. No info about monthly shipments on the web site. Was billed $49.95 Feb 1 and shipped 1 bottle.

Here are two different internet terms & conditions found on the company's web site; [redacted] One states there is monthly ship when buying bulk. The other only states the offer of free bottles. If I had known there was a monthly shipment contract I would not have bought the product. The company also claims the offer was not, buy two at $34.99 & get 1 free, but buy 2 at full price of $53.98 & the 3rd was free thereby the average cost was $34.99. This was not what the web site ad stated that I bought from. The offered price was $34.99 each for 2 bottles & the 3rd was free.

Don't auto ships usually remind or notify customers of the shipment so they can agree to the shipment or cancel the order? I did not receive any notice about the shipment coming prior to being billed on Jan 31, 2014. The first I knew of the shipment was another ad from Forskolin Belly Buster dated Feb 1, 2015 that I opened on Feb 2, 2015 offering me a newsletter & more products & testimonials.Desired Settlement: I would like all monies refunded to me: $104.97 for the three bottles ordered on Dec 3, 2014

This review is based solely on my experience with the Forskolin company and not their product.

I originally ordered their product of Forskolin Slim on January 15, 2016. The money was immediately taken out of my account, but took another week to receive the shipment confirmation. It was more upsetting to see that their advertised price of around $50 did not match the amount taken from my account, which was closer to $65. At the end of the month I noticed another charge on my account of roughly $45 and so I called thinking that it was a fraudulent charge, and come to find out they have an AutoShip program that you are automatically enrolled into when you make your first purchase (shame on me for not reading all the small print). It would be a great feature for returning customers, but I felt that it should have been something that was not a default, and could be set up by the customer themselves. The woman I spoke to was more than happy to help me cancel my account with the company, after doing her best to keep me satisfied with the offer of some free products, should I keep my account with them. Around February 15th I finally received my second, unwanted product, but still had not received my original purchase. I called the company again, and spoke with the same, wonderful customer service representative who sent out another bottle completely free of charge to me. It took another two weeks and half a dozen emails later before I finally received my product on February 29th. In the end, the only thing I have enjoyed about this company was the customer service representative who, despite her accent, took extra measures to ensure the information she was conveying was properly received (I.e code is A-as in apple, D-as in dinosaur, ect.). Never once did she get upset or aggrivated when asked to repeat or confirm information, as many customer representatives do (according to my own experiences). Due to the length of time it takes to receive product, and the way I felt that I was being stolen from, even if I love the product I originally wanted and ordered, I will not order directly from the company again, but instead will search for it through another website such as Amazon, if it's available.

Review: On Jan 21 2016 ordered Forskolin Extract From company in Solana Beach, CA 92075 / 1-855-509-5720. I have tried calling this company for weeks and have held on the line for a representative to answer from this automated answering machine and still no representative ever answers. When I got the shipment no statement nor e-mail ever came with the pills. I have contacted my credit card company to stop future billing from this company. I need help in stopping this company from sending any future Forskolin Extract Dietary supplements to me. I am asking Forskolin Extract to Cease/cancel me out.
