Review: purchased product, when received was not what I expected. called company and was told that I would receive a 50% discount to expect it in 2 to 3 days. never received it. called company back they said that the refund was declined, because the merchant bank shut down. they said there would be no refunds to anyone.Desired Settlement: would like for the company to stand behind their word and refund money.

If customer does not contact customer service during 30 days from original order date all sales are final.The original order was processed on 01/22/2016 at $119.85. During this call, Mrs. [redacted] voiced her dissatisfaction and was offered a refund of 50%. She readily accepted this refund on a recorded phone call and it was immediately attempted to be issue. However, because of an internal difficulty, electronic refund was declined and a refund check was sent out to customer on 2/11/2016 (9405515901148911307948). As we are fully invested in customer service, we attempted to reach out Mrs. [redacted] and left voicemails informing of refund check with no return call. Review: when I looked at this website I was going to order but when the prices came up I did not have enough money on my card to order any so I exited out of it. later that day a man called on the phone and asked why I did not complete the order so I told him my card did not have enough on it. he then asked how much and I told him. he then told me that he would get me the product for 22 dollars and the same for a 2nd bottle with no shipping,so I said ok. he then spoke so fast that I could not understand him and all he would say is that he would send a conformation notice to my e mail and that it would also be a support center where I could call for any question. I was under the impression that I was to use the product for 2 months and if not satified could request a refund. I used it for 5 weeks and lost 1 pound but also got bad headaches. when I asked my doctor about the headaches he said to quit using the product which I did and the headaches stopped. I contacted the support place and they said I had to call within 30 days. I told them that I was not aware of that and they said it was in there agrement. I told them I could not find their web site again to check but they just keep making excuses. I feel that they mislead me and now they wont honor a refund. they said with one bottle used and the other one opened that they will not do anything cause no company will give you a refund on something you have opened and used.. how am I suppose to know if it works or not if you dont use it? I have had friends ask if it works and I said not for me it has not but maybe for you it would. I will now tell them not to buy it because it it a scam to get your money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund but if not just to let Revdex.com know of this company and that it is a possible scam to the public

thank you for you help on this matter the company e mailed me and gave me a refund to my card I just found it cause it was put in spam and I dont look there thanks again you told me to contact you if I received a e mail from them but I did not know where to contact you .
