There are a number of factors here that are without truth or meritNamely, there is no possible way she spoke to any representative from our company when she stated she did, or when she followed up as she stated she didWe offer no phone support for the changing of phone numbers or records, and the fact that she stated she spoke to someone, let alone a male is a physical impossibilityI am the only one who would have received such a message and there was never such a message or phone record of any kindWe also believe she is likely confusing us with other another yellow pagesLocaleze is a provider of phone information to many yellow pages directoriesAt this time we do not charge for any listingsOur listings are freeThe fact that she stated 'someone paid' confirms she is confusing us with another directorySecond, there were never any emails asking us to remove or correct her informationRather, our records indicate a person with the same email as this complaint did attempt to claim a record on August [redacted] but was unable to verify they were the rightful owner or authorized person of recordOur system requires thisNamely, if she does not have an email with an address that is the same as the website domain name being claimed, the owner or authorized representative must place a verification code or link on the site being claimed so we can verify they are the legal owner or authorized personShe did notLastly, as stated on our website with regard to the time frame it takes when correcting or removing phone records from Localeze( [redacted] ) We clearly state that upon your submission to [redacted] , it may take up to month for the updated information to appear corrected on our siteWhy? When a change is submitted to [redacted] , the new information does not immediately appear on our siteIt needs to first be verified and correctedOnce [redacted] verifies, they will re-publish and send us the new informationThis new information is sent once a month and is typically updated within our site on or before the 10th of each monthWe are confident that if the information was in fact updated at Localeze as she stated, the same corrected information will appear in our next update that we receive from them.Lastly, it would be helpful if this person let us know what page in our site was the issue so we could monitorWith million records and no verifiable data submitted we are unable to be of greater assistance.Thank you,Robyn J [redacted]

Why do insist on not reading our numerous responses that state the same thing, or our web site which is equally informative? We stated that if you corrected the information with [redacted] it will appear corrected in our next update from themAs previously stated, this was last weekOne again, this record had been removed last week [redacted] We verified and this was the record you supplied

The complainant is at a complete loss to simple fact that we are an online phone directory with over million recordsWe do not put up fake phone numbers, or fake ads, but rather we are displaying phone and address informationThe phone or address information we display on our site is not an advertisementIts a phone listingWe license our phone and address information from Localeze, a major information supplier to many phone directories [redacted] obtains their information from resources made publicly available by the complainant or a person authorized to do so at one timeIf the complainant wishes to modify or remove the information, we offered links and information on how to do so - on the page they say had the wrong informationNamely, we provided a link to [redacted] here: [redacted] This appears to be a simple phone number change, and the information we provided on this link will easily rectify itThe complainant does not have to claim this listingFurthermore, the complainant failed to state what page had their listing(As stated, we have over million phone listings)This would have allowed us to help them betterStating we put up fake ads is defamatory and will not be taken lightlyRather, we partner with legitimate, sophisticated advertising companies, that supplement our result sets with ads relevant to the products or services being searchedDue to the size of our directory, our office staff does not handle directory assistance or changing of phone recordsTherefore, we state you should utilize the links and information provided on our site.We trust the complainant now has a better understanding how to rectify the information shown on our site properly and quickly

We have no idea who this person isWe have over million records and it simply is impossible for us to know which one of many companies in our system refers to 'pet fencing'Further, we have no record of anyone calling us times to remove a pet fencing listingWe think that perhaps they are confusing us with another yellow pages directory Due to the volume of our database, our support system is also completely automated or via emailThey would not have talked to anyone in our company about this issue Lastly, as we make perfectly clear on our site, our information is licensed from [redacted] - who obtain their information from publicly available resourcesThe complainant should have read this page (there is a link on every listing) and then contacted [redacted] [redacted] Once it is removed from their database, it will eventually be removed from our databaseThank you

This is clearly not the case as our database is a direct feed from Localeze and updated monthlyIf it shows on our site, it comes from their recordsWe have also done a search on the WWW and found several companies with the same info they want removed(These companies may also license from Localeze)Again, this would not happen if they followed through to see their information was corrected at the sourceWe suggest they contact Localeze again- replying with any previous correspondence so that Localeze can be more helpfulWe also advise that they should make the URL of their record known to any party they do communicate withThis will make sure there is no confusionIt is possible they had more than one recordTherefore, it appears the information is still showing from a record they did not know also needed to be correctedThank you

I sent you a copy of what is being posted at this minute If you go to *** and put in fences in the search bar as I did and put *** *** *** *** as the location you will see *** *** come up on the 3rd page with the incorrect phone number. This has not been removed therefore resolved. I sent you the attachment showing you this. If you bothered to check this and if you cared to resolve this you would of seen the listing as I stated. If you will not cooperate I have been advised to contact the attorney general.

It appears the complainant is confused about how our information is obtained or how it can be promptly correctedWe trust that upon reading the following the complainant will note our site was clear, helpful and informative about their issue.First we never received any notification from them
regarding the incorrect listingIf we did, it would have been resolved almost a year ago - the same way it would be resolved now. The complainant did not show how or where on our site their information appearedWith over million records it would be helpful so we can more properly addressThat said, if the member goes to the supposed page with their information, there is a link that says "Correct or tell us more"This clearly would have showed them how to correct or remove.Further, The data is licensed to us by Localeze who solely obtain their over million business listings from documentable public informationIf the complainants information appeared on our site, we have no control over the information, however, we clearly show how to contact Localeze on each company listing with the 'correct or tell us more' link. This issue is now resolved as we finally had the correct information to resolveAs we had always clearly made known on our remove record instruction page, all the member had to do was respond to the email sent when their site was approved and let us know they wanted to claim a duplicate record and redirect that record to their Premium Membership pageIf they had taken the time from the beginning to read that simple instruction and advise us of that - instead of writing the Revdex.com, we all would have saved unnecessary time

within 30 days you should see the corrected information on our site (as well as all other Licensees). If you do not, please respond to us using the email you received when you joined our site as a member. A copy or mention of this email in your reply would be appreciated.As you maybe aware, the reason you have one correct listing is because you joined as a member and submitted the information directly to us. Your site and submission complied with our approval criteria - so there was no issue. The other 2 listings are direct feeds from Localeze.
