You repeatedly fail to understand how to refresh a page. Clear your cache. Go to a different computer. This has been resolved since 6/*.

 My information has finally been removed. It was not removed on 6/*/16 as the company states. I do know how to clear cache and I did search on other computers and mobile devices.  This companies response has been nothing but rude and unaccommodating.  Customer service is non existent. They never once reached out to me directly to  help resolve the issue that they created for me and my company.  I would never do business with them.

[Your Answer Here] I did everything business has mentioned including conversations with localize and all refer me back to b2byellow, I have tried over and over to follow instructions step by step by b2b to no avail ...........this company should not be allowed to be a directory if they have to use third or second party to do their work. Th effect they have on my business are devastating, putting up wrong information in search engines. I have spoken directly with localize/nustar and was told its out of there hands and b2b should have a way to fix my problem.

This is clearly not the case as our database is a direct feed from Localeze and updated monthly. If it shows on our site, it comes from their records. We have also done a search on the WWW and found several companies with the same info they want removed. (These companies may also license from Localeze). Again, this would not happen if they followed through to see their information was corrected at the source. We suggest they contact Localeze again- replying with any previous correspondence so that Localeze can be more helpful. We also advise that they should make the URL of their record known to any party they do communicate with. This will make sure there is no confusion. It is possible they had more than one record. Therefore, it appears the information is still showing from a record they did not know also needed to be corrected. Thank you.
