As stated previously we are sorry to hear that [redacted] or anybody would be upset with us and would love to help her get to the solution and conclusion that she wants. Unfortunately, [redacted] will not speak to us so we cannot help her. She does not make the rules but has decided to tell you and us that she does. We need to speak with her and get something in writing from her with some specific information on it so we can have the credit company remove the inquiry. I would personally be glad to help her if she does not want to speak with Dave, she can call me directly. ###-###-#### X[redacted]. My name is Brett [redacted] and I am the President of the company. These case needs to be closed in favor of the business and again as stated previously we would be glad to help [redacted] with her request but not on her terms, they need to be on the terms set forth by the credit reporting companies and we would be happy to for free assist her with that.

Mr. [redacted] applied for a short sale purchase loan with Fortren Funding LLC. Mr. [redacted] was told that an appraisal was required and given a form to authorize us to order an appraisal and charge his credit card. Mr. [redacted] signed the form and...

Fortren Funding LLC processed his application accordingly. The fact that the appraisal management company is located in the same building as Fortren Funding LLC has no bearing on anything, they are not affiliated to each other in any manner and do not share the appraisal fee in any manner. Fortren Funding LLC has not profited a single dollar from Mr. [redacted] and an appraiser was paid the fee as compensation to complete a service. Mr. [redacted]'s realtor was the person who let the appraiser in to the house. If this was such an issue for Mr. [redacted] you would think he would have notified his realtor of such information. The director of Sales Management at Fortren Funding LLC, Davidson Trisler, has reached out to Mr. [redacted] for 5 straight days in order to speak with him about this matter but Mr. [redacted] has not returned any of his phone calls and sent Davidson an e-mail saying he was to busy to speak. There is nothing more Fortren Funding LLC can do for Mr. [redacted] at this time, if he wishes to speak with Davidson he can call him back at [redacted] Please close this case out in favor of Fortren Funding LLC, as we have followed the correct lending protocols and attempted to speak with the borrower after the Revdex.com complaint was filed. He appears to be uninterested in speaking and he is also responsible for his own actions

A representative from this company named Shaun harassed me for days. Calling my phone 6 times a day. Spoke with him three different times telling home to stop.contacting me I wasn't interested and to remove my name from call list.HE talked over me and then told meveryone he would try to not call me. Call 3 times very next day or shall I say morning within 30 Minutes. When I answered I told him he was harassing me and that the day before I told him I wasn't interested he said that he didn't like the way I was talking to him and that I needed to listen to what he had to say. I repeated over and over I wasn't interested and that he was harassing me. This went in for five minutes. I heard a man in background say stop and hang up...Which he did. I have never in my life experiencedoesn't such ignorant, rude, harassing sales call in my life. I think I might contact police as I am exstreamly concerned about this employees harassing conduct.

My experience with Fortren Funding has been spectacular. Nicole, my case manager proved to be friendly, courteous, professional, efficient and prompt. My overall experience with this company has phenomenal. Every step of the way they walk you through the process and explain what is going on and what will happen. Additionally, they always follow up with appointments to see if the company showed up on time and how satisfied you were with their performance. Nicole, takes the stress out of what would normally be a very stressful experience. All paperwork was submitted on time and e-mails were always submitted to me to signify that they had received the documents.. I can't say enough about Nicole, she was wonderful. I believe the cliincher for me was when Nicole told me that she had such fiath in her company that she refinanced her mother's mortgage through Fortren. . I could go on and on in this vein. However, suffice it to say this is a spectacular company and Nicole was a sensational person and Fortren is lucky to have her. Bravo and keep up the good work.

[redacted]'s wife [redacted] applied for a joint refinance mortgage application with several companies without his knowledge. Nothing done by Fortren is...

out of line from what any other bank would do when 1 spouse applies for a joint application for any kind of credit product. Fortren Funding ran [redacted]'s and [redacted]s credit once and that is from the joint mortgage application that [redacted] submitted to us. The other 5 inquiries were from other mortgage companies that [redacted]'s wife jointly applied for a mortgage with as well that have nothing to do with Fortren Funding. [redacted] and his wife have placed several companies including Fortren Funding in the middle of what appears to be a massive miscommunication between a husband and wife regarding their financial picture, timing, and needs. Despite this unfair and inaccurate complaint, we are still working with [redacted] to try and have the credit inquiry removed.

The borrower and us had some miscommunication and they are now all set and happy. We sent them a copy of their credit report and they are withdrawing the complaint. If they don't, please know that we gave this borrower exactly what they are...

I would not recommend Fortren Funding to anyone. The apparently to not understand simple math or they just lie to you about it. They shorted my escrow funding in order that they could quote me a nice lower monthly payment and within a couple months the company they sold it to found the shortage and now I am paying more per month than I was before. These guys are incompetent rip offs! DO NOT USE THEM!!

Starter mortgage refinance without a written approval. This company somehow collected my dad's Social Security and Birthdate and started refinance process without any written approval from my Dad. My dad just called this company to inquire about different options for refinance. They wouldn't cooperate.

I would highly recommend this company. After fielding multiple quotes with many variables, including adding my wife to the note, only Fortren, and more specifically, Adrian, came back having satisfied my requests. Not only did Adrian listen to my concerns, he offered logical suggestions to improve my situation based on previous conversations.
In other words, they listen, they work WITH you, and they understand the importance of building trust before signing the dotted line. Honest company coupled with a great experience; I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone.

Review: On 7.3.13 I cancelled my refinance verbally with the company. On 7.5.13 I submitted a written cancellation. On 7.15.13 my credit card was billed for $375.00. I contacted my credit card company to dispute charges. A conditional credit was issued. On 9.23.13 the conditional credit was made permanent by my credit card company. On 9.3.13 my credit card was billed again for $375.00. On 9.23.13 I contacted my credit card company to again dispute the charges. I was granted another conditional credit. Fortren Funding called me 7 times on 10.9.13. They called me 12 times back to back today, October 10, 2013. I am filing a complaint because I would like this harassment to stop. Also I would like them to stop billing my credit card. I got sick and lost my job therefore I can no longer refinance. I do not qualify.

For the most part this information is correct, the incorrect part is that this woman is disputing her credit card.

Mrs. [redacted] applied for a loan on the date she stated and cancelled on the date she stated. This loan was adversed in our system on 7/8 and a statement of withdrawal was mailed or emailed to the borrower. The appraisal for her VA loan took place. This appraisal came in for her loan and she cancelled after the appraisal came back. [redacted] (her loan officer and our director of sales) reached out several times to give her a better program. She never answered or returned the calls. The last we heard from her she was sick and would speak to us in a few weeks. If she didn't want to pay for the appraisal, she could have sent the appraiser home, but instead she completed the appraisal report. She got sick after the appraisal report came back and cancelled the loan when we were almost complete with the process. This charge for the appraisal is $375. We have a signed authorization form from this borrower for the money. If she would like to stop receiving calls she should stop disputing the charge. Until this charge is corrected charged and completed, she will be receiving calls from our office for collection of non-payment. This woman is knowingly stealing from our company.

Review: Filled out online mortgage application. I received many phone calls from different companies but did not answer any. Finally after 2 weeks of no phone calls, I received again from [redacted] @ Fortren Funidng. I told him I was not interested but he would not take no for an answer. Finally I had to hang up.

Since that time, I am constantly getting more calls because he put me back on robo call rotation for all companies like I filled out another application again. Construction companies stopping by my house to give me roof estimate, etc.

I called and supposedly spoke to the President of the company who assured me he deleted my name from their listing. However the calls keep coming.Desired Settlement: No more phone calls

To Whom It May Concern, Fortren Funding like numerous other companies received [redacted] application for the refinance of his home loan. Fortren is permitted to call him for up to 90 days of his application to us. At [redacted] request, we removed him from our data base and he will never get a call again from us. [redacted] getting calls from other like companies or other unlike companies is of no result of anything that Fortren Funding did on its end. Fortren suggests [redacted] review the privacy sharing policies of the marketing company he applied with that we got his application through and not write a Revdex.com complaint against the 1 company that did abide by his request to remove him from their call list. Please let me know if you need anything further from Fortren Funding to close out this matter.

Review: Following a research I made over the Internet on best home loan rate, I was contacted by Fortren Funding LLC and asked some questions for prequalification. From the beginning I told him I don't know his company, I need to research first before I gave him my personal info. So, he sent me an email referring Revdex.com, I checked Revdex.com web site and saw the company has good standard and credibility based on Revdex.com.

He called me back and I clearly stated that if he run my credit report, he needs to send me copy. He promised to send me the report as requested. Under this condition I gave him my ss #. After he run my credit report he refuses to give me copy of my credit report., he changed his tone. He said he is sorry, he thought he could, but he is not authorized by his manager to give me copy.

I told him I will not do any further business with his company if I do not receive copy of my credit report. I emailed him, no response.

I know I have the right to receive my credit report. Now this guy hall my personal data, I do not know what he is capable of, from harassing me to ruin my credit or identity theft.

I am relying on Revdex.com to help me.Desired Settlement: I need my credit report. I want other consumers to know they are not thrusworthy as they appear to be. They have no respect for customers, they think they can do whatever they want.

Review: [redacted] of Fortren Funding contacted my wife regarding our mortgage. He got her to give her my social security, without my knowledge or permission. I found this out within 5 minutes and called him to tell him he was not allowed run my credit. He still ran my credit 6 times!! Because of his action my credit score has been dramatically decreased. Like allot of Americans I had some credit problems but over the last 18 months I have been successfully repairing my credit. This dishonest man has set me back at least 6 months if not years because of his action. It is my understanding that by law he has to get my permission to run my credit.

I have also reported him to New Jersey Sate attorney general and the Pennsylvania attorney gerneral.Desired Settlement: I need him to remove all of the hard credit checks from the 3 major credit reporting agencies.

Review: Brian contacted me to refinance my mortgage. I told him I'm going with another company Cardinal financial he said she would beat their deal. I told him send me over his numbers he wanted me to complete the application. I refused after over a week of him calling me everyday he gave me a rate of 3.375 and closing cost of 2200 I said I want it in writing he emailed me it. I agreed to complete application he said he would call me in an hour he never did. The next day a salesmen from the company called and said me numbers looked great credit score was 745 let proceed with refi. He told me my rate was 3.75 and closing cost of 3600 I said that's not what we agreed on and he told me that's what it is. I told him I want to talk to a supervisor he said he will talk to his CEO they never called me back.Desired Settlement: I want them to be held accountable for the terms Brian Wunder guaranteed me and stick with them 30 year fixed rate with a 3.375 rate and $2200 closing cost.

We have strived very hard to achieve and maintain a very high level of customer service satisfaction rating with the Revdex.com over the past few years and to do so we must have made 99.9% of people happy. While we recognize we cannot make 100% of people happy we do not feel in this instance that the frustration or confusion Mr. [redacted] is feeling right now is a reflection of Fortren Funding LLC and how we do business. Mr. [redacted] applied for a substantial mortgage loan with Fortren Funding LLC and refused to fill out the application in its entirety leaving out some of the most important pieces that go into qualification yet wanted back from us what his exact approval terms would be. As anyone reading this would have probably experienced in their lifetime, you cannot get a basic credit card without providing such information let alone for a large mortgage. Our customer service representative explained all of this to him and not until he gave Mr. [redacted] an idea of what he has seen the highest qualified borrowers get approved for did Mr. [redacted] finally provide what was necessary to finish the mortgage application. The next day we provided Mr. [redacted] with what he was actually approved for based upon all of his loan characteristics and unfortunately it was different than his expectations. While we regretfully have let this borrower down in his own mind, it is to no fault of Fortren Funding LLC and its business practices and it would recommend to Mr. [redacted] that in the future he give full disclosure of everything requested at the time of initial financial applications for credit. I am rejecting this response because:It is a lie I told them my credit score and it was spot on at a 745 Brian wonder promised me a 3.375 rate and $2200 closing cost. He promised his company would beat any offer then his supervisor told me they won't match the rates of certain companys and Cardinal financial was one of those. They warned me that Cardinal will pull a bait and switch with me and then they did.

Review: Albert Valencia at Forten Funding contacted me on April 30, 2015 to offer me a better rate on my mortgage, he assured me he would only run a SOFT credit. As it turns out he lied and ran a HARD credit which affected my EXCELLENT credit by lowering my score 5 points as well as having this hard inquiry on my credit for two years. I contacted Albert @ Forten Funding (855)-693-3832 Ext. 1052 when I saw that he ran a HARD credit and not a SOFT credit and his response was “well there is nothing I can do about that it’s over my head, wait 30 days and your score will increase”. While it may be true that my score will increase after 30 days the fact remains that this HARD inquiry will remain on my credit for two years and after running my credit he suddenly could not offer me a better rate.Desired Settlement: I would like Forten Funding to remove this hard inquiry from my credit report.

Fortren Funding LLC is very sorry to hear that we have an upset potential customer of any kind over any matter. It appears there was miscommunication between the customer service representative and potential customer over why we collect the date of birth and social security number even though the reason why is shared with each potential customer when asked for by us. We do understand these things happen from time to time and are fully prepared to help [redacted] out in removing the inquiry but we need her to call us back and stop hanging up on us when we do call her. Our director of Sales has reached out to her numerous times to only unprofessionally be yelled and screamed at and hung-up on when he tried to offer our help. I have spoken to Dave at Forten about removing the inquiry on my credit, I hung up on him because he was rude and he yelled and screamed at me and told me he will not remove the inquiry until I remove the complaint. He has all the information necessary to remove the inquiry, there is no need to speak with me any further. I would be glad to remove the complaint once Fortren removes the inquiry like they told me they would do over a month ago.
