Great Mastery workshop, presented by [redacted] on April 2016 in NYC. Very educational and inspiring as well. 3 days, focused on negotiation skills, business models, marketing, IRA's self-employment Taxes. I was always interested in RE investing, so attended a lot of training and seminars like this, including [redacted] Institute workshop in 2006, [redacted]i's in 2010. This one was the best by any count. Well-organized, friendly staff, no pitching. It was also very important, as everybody have their own timeline to achieve goals. We need to come out of comfort zone, and this class was inspiring, but nobody was pushing me to make a decision, which I greatly appreciate.
The best part was earing about Creative Tenant & Buyers Programs.
I truly enjoyed those 3 days. I have a clear vision my next steps. Congratulations! Well done!

We have had a long history of trying to work with this
student and getting him to commit more time to his real estate investing
business. After speaking...

with the him we shared our perspective of the market
and the business and he now realizes what he stated is not accurate.
Unfortunately, when he started he did have more time to commit and completed a
deal, but as of recently he has gotten a lot busier at his day job as his
responsibilities have expanded. As his responsibilities expanded at work he
just hasn’t had a lot of time to commit to the business.
 It should be noted that we are extremely committed to our
students and their continued growth and success. We have thousands of students
across the country that we have helped build successful real estate investing businesses.
We also have many successful students in the Sacramento region. We also have
students who are new to investing in the region and we are committed to their continued
growth as well. If a student needs help we will always do our best to continue
to work with them and overcome any challenges they might have.
 Sacramento is a very strong real estate market for both
flipping properties and buying and holding properties. Last year the real
estate market appreciated 22% year over year. Over the last five years the
Sacramento market has appreciated 53%. This is excellent for investors and our students who are
making rental investments in the region.
 The average gross profit per flip is also very strong in
Sacramento and was recently reported at $80,991 per deal according Realty Trac.
This is higher then many other markets in California. The market also currently
has over 2,800 homes that are either in pre-foreclosure, headed to auction, or
bank owned. This is just one sector of distressed properties we teach our
investor students to identify and improve.   
 Investors also play a critical role in the stabilization of
local real estate markets like Sacramento that have been affected by
foreclosures. Investors fix up dilapidated properties which not only improves
the neighborhood, but also helps raise property values for other homeowners and
investors in the neighborhood. The city benefits as well because many of these
properties were not on the tax roles. Investors also create jobs for thousands
of real estate professionals including, but not limited to Realtors, home
remodeling contractors, and local building suppliers just to name a few.
When a market like Sacramento appreciates there will always
be more investors who enter the market. This will happen in most markets when
properties begin to appreciate. There will be thousands of investment
properties bought in Sacramento this year so we believe strongly that
Sacramento will continue to be a good market to invest in for our students and
many other investors in the region.
We currently operate in what most people believe to be one
of the more competitive real estate markets in the country. Last year we bought
over a 100 properties and are on track to do even more deals this year using
the exact systems we teach to all of our students. Real estate investing takes
dedication, hard work, and this is why we require people to apply to be part of
the program. 
We also shared with him that last year we only accepted 8%
of the people who applied to become part of our coaching program from local
workshops. We are selective about who we work with and we have since instituted
a minimum time requirement new applicants must dedicate to be considered for
the program. It is also a prerequisite that you must be able to afford the
program. In Sacramento we currently work with just over 100 investors which
represents a very small percentage of the overall investor market. It is
estimated that 1 out of every 8 people in the US considers themselves to be a
residential real estate investor or owns residential investment properties
today. Real estate will for a very long time be one of the most common asset
classes people will choose to invest in over their lifetime.
We believe strongly in the coaching, support, tools and
services that we offer. The majority of our students also start their investing
careers on a part time basis. Like any business we always learning and trying
to get better. We are also very committed to our students and always trying to
provide more value. If anyone ever falls behind our door is always open and we
will always do our absolute best to help a student in anyway we can.

We attended the 3 day seminar in Pomona Ca. On 3/6/15 thru 3/8/15. My wife and I found the seminar to very informative and enlightening 3 days. We also knew going into it there would more opportunities to invest into our financial and real estate eduction. We by no means thought we would be able to walk into a turn key house flipping business for $200! The information they provide has value and the systems they have developed has value without a doubt. How you choice to use this information is entirely up to the individual. The instructor made clear the risk involved with this type business and the extreme highs and lows you may experience in this business. As I mentioned before my wife nor I had any illusion that we was going to get the secrets of how to be a successful real estate investor for $200. Thanks Ry-Guy and Fortune Builders

After receiving this we immediately reached out to the customer and resolved the issue and we are helping get the student back on track.
class="MsoNormal" align="left">Unfortunately, the customer said the real issue is that she
has had several personal challenges that have held her back from putting much time
into the program and her business. We noticed that she hadn't showed up for her first coaching call and didn't
schedule the very coaching calls that are designed to help her start up and
establish her real estate investment business. She took responsibility for not
taking as much action as she should have.
After speaking with us the student was excited to continue
with the coaching program and was thankful for the assistance we were able
to provide to help get her restarted. We also learned a lot from this and are going to follow up
with her more proactively as she continues with her program.
During our conversation the customer did say that she has
learned a lot from the small amount of time she has been able to commit to our
program and that our resources have been helpful to her. She is also happy that
we are going to continue working with her to get her back on track. She also understands that she could have easily contacted us
directly and made us aware of the situation.

My wife and I attended the 3 day FB workshop this past weekend 12/9-12/11 in St. Louis. It was the best educational experience I have every been involved in, including my undergrad and graduate degrees. The presenter (Lee) was an incredible teacher and the energy and professionalism from the whole staff was unbelievable. Unfortunately, the timing was not right at this moment for my wife and I to make the commitment to the Mastery program but it is something that we hope to do in the very near future.

We were able to reach out to this student and have extended her coaching so she can get restarted. This student had a business partner who was supposed to do the majority of the work within the business. Unfortunately, the partner didn't end up holding up his end of the agreement. As a result,...

the student hasn't been able to go to any of the training events, or utilize the coaching, tools and resources to help get her business up and running. We’ve since extended her coaching so she can get restarted, and she’s excited to move forward. We also let her know that we are always going to be there for our students and all she needed to do was reach out to us and let us know.

As soon as we saw this we reached out to the customer to see where the gap in communication occurred. The customer was dealing with an emergency and wanted to stop the check from being deposited which we were able to do. The customer called our customer service team on Monday...

morning. We gave the customer a few options because our employee was not sure if the mail had arrived yet into the accounting department since it was Monday morning. The first option we offered the customer was to mail her a refund check that day. Due to her emergency this was not a viable option. So the other option we offered the customer was to put a stop payment on the check. The good news was we were able to stop the check from being deposited and we sent the check back to the customer as requested. The customer was very happy about us reaching out and this situation has been fully resolved.
