The member was presented with information in May detailing information that they did indeed have an account with FORUMIt was an auto loan and a share account There has been no contact from the member since June regarding their review of the materialsThe information will be sent to the member once again, we would need the member to provide information that the account is not actually their account

If Mr [redacted] no longer wishes to receive calls regarding this situation his account will be removed from the active campaign Collection efforts will be handled through other legal process to collect

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am not satisfied because my account would not have been put into the negative if Forum hadn't tacked on a bunch of hidden miscellaneous share fees onto my accountIf you look at the date of each debit transactions you can clearly see the funds were thereHad they not been my card should have been declined because in the previous month my overdraft priveleges had been revokedThese share fees intentionally posted before my transactions to put me back into the negative and charge all these overdraft fees, which I am supposedly not allowed anymoreIn numerous different months I have been charged for various miscellaneous share fees with no explanation and that I have paidThis however is unacceptable to charge the fees while my other transactions are taking place and causing overdrafts on my accountI am no longer authorized overdraft protection, so theses share fees should have taken place after my purchases or the bank should reverse the resulting overdraft feesI have numerous bank statements from the past showing this has never happened beforeMy share fees always take place after my transactions resulting in no more overdraft fees than I have already acquired myselfThis is going to happen this way because my bank would have stayed in good standing, So the bank reversed the share fees to post first, so I would acquire overdraft penaltiesPlease look at my back bank history to see that the share fees have always come out at a time when it would not endanger my account, like nowAll I ask is that all overdraft fees be reversed and for a detailed explanation of what these share fees are for and why they post at such random timesPlease explainThank you Regards, [redacted]

They mention an auto loan,without any detailes about dealership, amount of loan, did I borrow money from Forum? They show withdrawal without specifyng by whom ? I never deposit any money on this acc. I never took any money from this acc. I never had any thing to do with Forum. It is all a fabrication of their internal system and a desired to get something for nothing.They mention that the negative balance resulted from an AD&D withdrawal for $135.00. Withdrawal by whom? They need to show evidence tat I did this. What did I buy from Forum that I failed to pay for?.

All fees assessed to the FORUM Credit Union account owned by *** ** *** have been accurately assessed and are in accordance with account activity and the FORUM Credit Union Fee DisclosureMultiple conversations between FORUM representatives and Mr*** have occurred with FORUM
representatives explaining how repeated account mismanagement will result in; account restrictions, reoccurring negative balances, and reoccurring feesFORUM representatives have communicated to Mr*** methods to better the position of his account to maintain a positive balance and avoid fees and restrictions

I need documentationTheir words are not enoughAuto loan? , what kind o car, dealership, etcThe material that it was sent to me is a copy of their internal account and does not mention anything about auto loan or what is that I have not pay if truly I have not payedIf there is a legitimate debt I WILL pay, but I need evidence

The checking account history of FORUM Credit Union member *** *** was reviewed in relationship to debits and fees for the time period of 5/29/to 6/1/Authorized checking account debits were presented during this time period at which funds were not available for immediate payment
Courtesy Pay (overdraft payment) was active on the account that enabled purchases to be paid without immediate funds being available There were authorized debits during this time period that were not immediately presented against the account for debit These debits are still subject to an overdraft fee when presented because they were paid through Courtesy Pay during a period when funds were not available for immediate payment On 5/31/*** *** called into the FORUM Credit Union Member Services department to discuss the status of her accountAt that time a FORUM Member Services representative explained the current status the account, how Courtesy Pay operates, and fees posted to the accountAll fees charged during this period were in accordance with the FORUM Credit Union Fee Schedule A FORUM Credit Union Member Service representative will be calling *** *** on Thur6/to further review the account and discuss the possibility courtesy fee reversals

FORUM Credit Union member, *** ** ***, initiated a recurring bill payment from her *** *** Credit Union account to apply toward her FORUM auto loan. In addition, she established a second reoccurring auto-payment to be applied to the same FORUM auto loan from her *** bank
account. When speaking to a FORUM representative she shared that she thought FORUM could cancel the active auto-payment that originated at *** ***The FORUM representative informed her that FORUM could not stop the *** *** auto-payment because it originated at a different financial institution. When the FORUM auto loan was paid off on 5/30/17, the *** auto-payment was immediately cancelled. The auto-payment being disputed, and one that had not been terminated, was the auto-payment that originated at *** ***. Upon receipt of this Revdex.com complaint on 6/30/17, a FORUM representative contacted Ms*** to further discuss the situation and inquire into if she had received the $back from *** *** being disputedShe confirmed *** *** credited back to her the full $on 6/30/17. She apologized for indicating it was a FORUM error and shared that she was getting misinformation from *** ***. She indicated that at this time she is satisfied with the resolution of this complaint and appreciated the follow up by FORUM

We have been in contact with the member regarding the disputed amountWe have to pull the cash from the machine and physically count it to see if there was a machine malfunctionMember has been made aware of the situation and at this time understands and is satisfied with the processIf the cash
count is off on the machine, the member will be refunded the full disputed amount
