The email below was sent 2/21 @ 9:17pm. I am still awaiting a reply.  Hi Folks,   I'm sorry to be writing so late. I was at our Phoenix store again today, but I spoke with [redacted] briefly who told me your trailer was ready.[redacted] mentioned that you didn't want to pick your trailer up....

He also said you made mention of some sort of legal action.We have two options other than you taking your Pop-Up. First, if you truly are talking with an attorney we can't communicate other than through our respective counsel. Second, if you really do want a different trailer, I've had success in trading folks out of what they own into something they would more prefer. In a situation like this I'm not trying to make money on the deal , often they show a loss, just trying to keep a valued customer satisfied.If there is another model you would prefer let me know and I'll work on it for you. I would get the best offer possible and present you with the numbers, and it would work for you or it won't, but there is no cost, or harm in finding out.I'll be back in the Mesa store on Thursday so let me know how you would like to proceed. Little Dealer has not committed to an appointment and so far has not called back with an appointment date and time like he said he would.  Brad, (the repair guy) had told me service would be done the week of July 11-15.  Little Dealer also has not refunded any money for services that were paid for and they failed to provide. The lack of resolution leaves me stranded where I am at, unable to travel to the places I was supposed to go this summer.[redacted]
