We have been in almost daily contact with this customer to resolve this situationWe are a little over a week behind schedule starting this project but we have the concrete and installation teams on stand byThe issue right now is waiting for the Boone County permit office to approve everything and then we are ready to get startedThey were waiting for more advanced engineering before final approval.We have been in business for almost years and with as many times as we have started a new project, I dont know of there is anything else I can do to convince this customer that we will do right by him other than starting the project as soon as possible

We were unaware of and disappointed to hear of this situation.  Unfortunately, we had a previous employee that had to leave our organization in a hurry due to sudden personal medical complications and we suspect that this is the "she" that Mr. H[redacted] is referring to.  As per the terms of our...

contract, Mr. & Mrs. H[redacted] have a lifetime warranty for both the product and workmanship.  We both stand behind and take pride in our work and will make immediate arrangements for our lead Project Superintendent to schedule a site evaluation of their installation to take place a.s.a.p..  We will also make any repairs as required, including the reordering of product if it is deemed necessary.  We wish to thank the H[redacted]'s for their patience, and feel confident that we can resolve this in a timely manner.

Review: I put a $5,000 deposit down on 09/24/2014 to have a screen room build, but Maricopa County will not allow it. This company can't build the room and for that reason I have been trying to get my money refunded back to me. The company knew they could not build this room because of previous business with us and never should have taken this deposit to begin with, and now they refuses to give us our money back.Desired Settlement: A refund of my $5,000 asap.
