Four Seasons Sunrooms

I have acquired Four Seasons Sunrooms to make my master bedroom shower. I met with the Sales person [redacted], on Nov. 13, 2014 and he said they can make my shower to what I specifically wanted. He also said they will try to have it installed by 12/23/14. Well this is JAN 14, 2015 and nothing has been installed yet. The project manager [redacted], finally contacted me 2 weeks since the signing of the contract. They came out to measure two times again another 2 weeks. I spoke with the project manager today, 1/14/15, who told me not to yell because it wont make things get done faster. Well they have $6,000 of our money which is technically a loan from [redacted] that they had us sign on Nov. 13, 2014. We don't have to pay [redacted] until October 2015. But if they don't install the shower, we have to pay $6,000. [redacted] keeps giving me excuses and excuses, which is very fustrating. Do not sign any papers with this company, until project has been started.

Review: I had a sun room installed which began leaking during a rain storm approximately 6 months after the installation. There is a warrenty on the work. I advised the vendor of the leak. Four Seasons refused to come to inspect the issue without me committing to pay $150 if this was not a warranty issue. I advised that I would like an inspection of the area and documentation of why or why the leak would or would not be covered under the warranty prior to work that would incurr a charge being completed. The owner, hung up on me and refused to service under the warrenty.Desired Settlement: I would like the vendor to evaluate the sun room for leaks and provide written documentation on if the leak is covered on the warranty provided to me.
