On June 28, we received notice regarding a complaint filed against Foursight Capital (“Foursight”) through the Revdex.comFoursight is committed to providing the best possible customer service, so we have investigated the customer’s complaint and made the following determination The signed contract outlines the utilization of vehicle damage insurance proceeds as either to be used to repair the vehicle, or applied to reduce the balance owed With these requirements in mind, if the vehicle is repaired, the proceeds are delivered directly to the repair shop upon completion of the repairs and, if not repaired, the proceeds are applied directly to the balance owed Under no circumstance, will the insurance check be endorsed by Foursight and delivered to the customerIn this situation, the check was mailed to Foursight by the customerIt was managed in the standard process and the proceeds were applied to the accountNo signatures were forged, but the check was processed with only Foursight's endorsement, and did not include both payees endorsement This should have been caught during the processing of the check, but was not We have spoken with the customer’s insurance company, Geico, and they have agreed to cancel the original check and issue a new check, in order to allow both payees to properly endorse the check The end result will be the same howeverThe only options available for the received insurance proceeds are to apply it towards the repair of the vehicle or reduction of the loan balance The following documentation will be forwarded to the customer for review - copy of contract disclosing insurance proceeds requirements, copy of endorsed check showing no forged signatures, and copy of the payment history, showing insurance proceeds applied to the account Please note however, the insurance proceeds will be backed off the account upon the cancellation of the original check and issuance of a new check

On August 3, 2017, we received notice regarding a complaint filed against Foursight Capital through the Revdex.comFoursight is committed to providing the best customer service, so we have thoroughly reviewed and investigated Ms [redacted] ’s complaint and determined that the compliant is without meritUpon receipt of this complaint, an employee of Foursight Capital went directly into the dealership to investigate the complaint background A representative from Clay C [redacted] stated that originally the customers were told that the Dealership would submit the application to a lender that offers a “no payment for days” program That deal was not approved by the original lender, so the Dealership sought financing through Foursight Capital, which was approved Foursight requires the first payment to be due within days This was expressed to the customer and a contract was signed by both customers on June 3, 2017, showing the first installment due on July 18, As a customer service gesture, in order to accommodate the customers’ original desire to have a longer period of time before making their first payment, on July 17, 2017, the Dealership provided Ms [redacted] with a check (# [redacted] in the amount of $427.00) to cover the first installment due under the signed contract That check was cashed by the customer on July 19, (endorsed copies have been received by Foursight) However, those funds were never forwarded by the customer to Foursight Capital, to cover the first installment due under the contractWe have discussed this directly with Ms [redacted] , who confirmed that she did receive the check from the dealership, but indicated that those funds were used elsewhere Due to the fact that the customers signed a contract with a due date of July 18, 2017, and were provided additional funds by the dealership to cover the first installment due under the signed contract, nothing more could have reasonably been done to resolve the customers complaint

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: as I have discussed with a representative at foursight on August 10, the check that was issued was used for expenses I should not have been out due to dealerships errors We had to go over there multiple times and hour each direction to get things handled which never wereEach time we waited hours while there Between gas and having to grab a cheap quick bite to eat there is over $of the $ Then the stress of all of this has caused me to have such severe migraines I missed work which is more money and I now have an ulcer and throw up blood which I did while on the phone 8-10-with Foursight I was out well over what the $covered Had things been handled correctly the first time I wouldn't have been out the additional money Also, I very much stayed I would not have put so much of a down payment had I not been told the days In addition I have no documentation with my signature from dealership My mom and I purchased jeeps on same day Her paper work was gone over after sitting for hours and mine I was told to sign since it's the same I had no clue who the financial company was After sitting so long my mom who is still recovering from a double mastectomy from a very aggressive form of breast cancer that almost took her life times in last year was sick and I had a migraine We wanted to leave I trust people and learned a lesson after this The man who was darker completed possible Hispanic did the financing He was leaving next day to meet his parents for vacation and his dad is a cancer survivor as well (I think colon or prostate but I could be wrong) He said the days would be added he was just waiting on the paperwork it would handle it I was told I would receive documents in the mail but never did No one to this day can tell me the guys name who did the financing for us and they claim their is no record of it Foursight not Clay C [redacted] have his name on anything Clay C [redacted] also violated privacy act by sending a copy of check my mom received (her deal screwed up as well) to Foursight who is not my mom's financial place Calls were pulled by Foursight and I was proven correct that representatives did in fact tell me that the dealership needed to call to take care of this for me The lady I spoke with on 8-10-named Christine did her best and we reached an agreement to help the situation until end of the month first of next month Before speaking with her I had to deal with Alec who insinuated I was a liar and was very rude and aggressive and made me feel threatened Then Shauna who I thought was nice at first but proved to make me feel threatened and worry they had my info Plus Angie who was beyond rude when I asked to be connected to Shauna All I needed was a resolution but instead I was left crying and throwing up blood while at work I felt belittled and made out to be a liar Buying a cat should be a happy time in ones life not *** Again, Christine handled it the best she could and was pleasant I'll be getting back to handle future payment later this month I do wish Foursight would look more into a customers complaint instead of just believeinh a dealership who upon recent research has some of the worst reviews ever Dealerships are known to lie and Foursight didnt take that into consideration Also, if looking at reviews from Revdex.com and multiple sites Foursight would see my issues are mentioned throughout other complaints because Clay C [redacted] does this to others as well When speaking with Foursight we conferenced Chad from Clay c [redacted] in and he said he called Foursight multiple times and never was called back even after Foursight pointed out there were no records he called A blantany lie but still the dealership is the one they believed For now I'm figuring stuff out so payment will be made and I'm left with bad credit, health issues, and trust issues with companies Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I had attempted to remove the bank account tied to the auto pay several months ago due to that account no longer being valid That account is closed and should not have allowed payment to go through initiallyI have experienced several issues with making online or auto-pay payments and looking at other reviews this seems to be a consistent issue among customersI was not made aware that the repossession hold would be or had been liftedHad I been notified I would have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that amount to be paid I was not made aware of any changes to the previous agreement I was also told that to get the vehicle back I would have to pay $which is not what I owe on the vehicle I now no longer have access to my Foursight account online so I am unable to verify an exact figure, however I do remember seeing the principal amount to be below $18, I would like to receive official communication as to what has taken place and what the next steps are in regards to my account, loan and the vehicle which I had financed through Foursight.Thank you for your efforts
Sincerely,
