Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: as I have discussed with a representative at foursight on August 10, 2017 the check that was issued was used for expenses I should not have been out due to dealerships errors.  We had to go over there multiple times and hour each direction to get things handled which never were. Each time we waited hours while there.  Between gas and having to grab a cheap quick bite to eat there is over $100 of the $427.  Then the stress of all of this has caused me to have such severe migraines I missed work which is more money and I now have an ulcer and throw up blood which I did while on the phone 8-10-17 with Foursight.  I was out well over what the $427 covered.  Had things been handled correctly the first time I wouldn't have been out the additional money.  Also, I very much stayed I would not have put so much of a down payment had I not been told the 90 days.  In addition I have no documentation with my signature from dealership.  My mom and I purchased jeeps on same day.  Her paper work was gone over after sitting for 5 hours and mine I was told to sign since it's the same.  I had no clue who the financial company was.  After sitting so long my mom who is still recovering from a double mastectomy from a very aggressive form of breast cancer that almost took her life 3 times in last year was sick and I had a migraine.  We wanted to leave.  I trust people and learned a lesson after this.  The man who was darker completed possible Hispanic did the financing.  He was leaving next day to meet his parents for vacation and his dad is a cancer survivor as well (I think colon or prostate but I could be wrong).  He said the 90 days would be added he was just waiting on the paperwork  it would handle it.  I was told I would receive documents in the mail but never did.  No one to this day can tell me the guys name who did the financing for us and they claim their is no record of it.  Foursight not Clay C[redacted] have his name on anything.  Clay C[redacted] also violated privacy act by sending a copy of check my mom received (her deal screwed up as well) to Foursight who is not my mom's financial place.  Calls were pulled by Foursight and I was proven correct that representatives did in fact tell me that the dealership needed to call to take care of this for me.  The lady I spoke with on 8-10-17 named Christine did her best and we reached an agreement to help the situation until end of the month first of next month.  Before speaking with her I had to deal with Alec who insinuated I was a liar and was very rude and aggressive and made me feel threatened.  Then Shauna who I thought was nice at first but proved to make me feel threatened and worry they had my info.  Plus Angie who was beyond rude when I asked to be connected to Shauna.  All I needed was a resolution but instead I was left crying and throwing up blood while at work.  I felt belittled and made out to be a liar.  Buying a cat should be a happy time in ones life not [redacted].  Again, Christine handled it the best she could and was pleasant.  I'll be getting back to handle future payment later this month.  I do wish Foursight would look more into a customers complaint instead of just believeinh a dealership who upon recent research has some of the worst reviews ever.  Dealerships are known to lie and Foursight didnt take that into consideration.  Also, if looking at reviews from Revdex.com and multiple sites Foursight would see my issues are mentioned throughout other complaints because Clay C[redacted] does this to others as well.  When speaking with Foursight we conferenced Chad from Clay c[redacted] in and he said he called Foursight multiple times and never was called back even after Foursight pointed out there were no records he called.  A blantany lie but still the dealership is the one they believed.  For now I'm figuring stuff out so payment will be made and I'm left with bad credit, health issues, and trust issues with companies.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Mr. [redacted] accessed his account on www.foursight.com on November 25, 2014. At
that time Mr. [redacted] provided a bank routing number and bank account number and
authorized a transaction be processed for his account. Mr. [redacted] used the same
bank information again on December 28, 2014 and January 25,...

2015 and authorized
transaction be processed. These transactions had been processed by Foursight
Capital in the normal course of business and the funds had been received for
the transactions.
On February 9, 2015 we received notification that the bank
account that had been provide by Mr. [redacted] and had subsequently been used to
process three transactions did not belong to Mr. [redacted] and he was not
authorized to issue these transactions with the bank account. At that time
Foursight Capital had to issue the funds back to the bank account that had been
used and contact was made with Mr. [redacted] on February 11, 2015 and he was
informed of what had occurred. At that time Mr. [redacted] indicated that he had mistakenly
entered the incorrect bank routing number. Mr. [redacted] indicated that he would
contact his bank and then call us back. Mr. [redacted] did call us back on February 11,
2015 and he provided new bank account information and at that time the phone
transaction fee was waived for Mr. [redacted]. He did make an arrangement on that
day to pay again on February 20, 2015 so that he could avoid having a
delinquency reported to the credit bureaus. Mr. [redacted] did indicate that he was
not aware that the payments did not clear his bank account and he had used the
funds on other expenses so he did not have the funds available at that time.
When Mr. [redacted] contacted us on February 18, 2015 he
indicated that he was not able to pay at that time and he was advised that this
would result in a delinquency being reported to the credit bureau. Since this
time Foursight Capital has continued to attempt to work with Mr. [redacted] to get
the account caught up including waiving three pay by phone fees to assist the
customer in making his monthly payment. Late fees that were a result of the
initial removal of transactions have been removed as a courtesy to Mr. [redacted]
and Foursight is committed to continuing to work with Mr. [redacted] within reason
to assist him in bringing the account current.Foursight Capital has continued our attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] to work out arrangements. Foursight asks that Mr. [redacted] contact the company to discuss how we may be able to further assist in getting this resolved.
