Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

There is no such thing as a lemon law and when the vehicle left here there was no issue with the vehicle at allWe at road ready can not be responsible for what happens once it leaves our dealership the car was in full running order when it left our dealership

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: THERE IS SUCH A THING AS THE LEMON LAWAnd I should have had a vehicle that ran smooth and not have problems a month in having the vehicleI did nothing wrong but drive in a mannerI don't beat on my vehicles I'm a safe driver and if the safety inspection was done I should have gotten paperwork that everything was ok and did not so I don't know what was done to the vehicle before I took it homeI should have gotten that paperwork of the safety inspection Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because due to the following re The account of events and statements from the business are completely and made in badfaith according to the conversations exchanged between the customer and the business/salesperson? The car deal didn’t go through not because Mr [redacted] requested additional equipment for the car, as the dealership has statedThe car deal didn’t go through because, in fact, the bank did not approve the loanThe loan was not approved, as stated by Road Ready Used Cars; please see the attached letter from [redacted] Dealer Services? Mr [redacted] felt skeptical of the business transactionThey still convinced Mr [redacted] to sign the contract? It should be further noted that Mr [redacted] does not read English fluently, and he expressed thatThey claimed a translator from their dealership was present; however, Mr [redacted] was highly suspicious that he was not being treated fairly and with honestyMr [redacted] did not purchase the vehicle, as again, he was not approved for the loanBoth his daughter and son, after speaking to the dealership, felt uncomfortable with the poorly written contract and strongly advised Mr [redacted] ***NOT TO SIGN [redacted] as illustrated by the attached text message image the day of the incident? A call was made by Mr***’ daughter in which she clearly expressed to the car sales representative named Joe, that their contract was poorly written and she advised her father not to sign itMr***’ son spoke to the sales representative regarding the $dollar deposit and asked if 100% this money would be returned should anything occurThe sales representative was incredibly defensive which made the deal even more suspicious.? The stress caused to Mr [redacted] by this incident is significant? In addition, after research was done on the car dealership, the attached reviews by other unhappy customers were found stating startlingly similar circumstancesIn fact, Mr***'s son was concerned for his father’s safety due to some of these reviews? Road Ready Used Cars has repeatedly done this to numerous customers and it needs to be reported and stoppedIn conclusion, Mr [redacted] hereby requests a refund for the $deposit.List of attachments:Letter from [redacted] Dealer ServicesScreenshot of text exchanges between Mr [redacted] and his daughterCustomer reviews for Road Ready Used Cars (total) Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have tried to contact [redacted] for days with no answer and no call back I have a signed purchase order from [redacted] signed in different spots with no promise of fixing the window and when he came in the other day to say he wanted it done or he did not want the car I went to the owner and got the window done to make sure he was 100%There is no refund of partial payment as we let all our customers know of this with all documents signed

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response
made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meNo car was sold to usWe went to see the car and made a deposit of $Then, we called the insurance to make sure it was affordable for my budgetIt was too high and we decided to go to Road Ready Used Cars in personWe told them that we were'nt going to get the car because our insurance was highWe would like to get the deposit back, which Road Ready had told us, beore signing the purchase orderI was also told that my deposit would be back in my account on a Friday, which is when the company returns deposits.
Sincerely,

the latest credit card statement however there was not a formal refund or deduction from Road Ready on my statement. The credit card company indicated that while it is being disputed I did not have to pay, I am still awaiting the results of the despite from the credit card company

Customer was refunded and is happyThere is no more complaint Thank you

The car was sold without a warranty and sold "as is." A couple of weeks after she picked the car up, she complained of a smell and smokingWe had her bring the car in and diagnosed the car with a bad heater coreWe put a new heater core in at no charge to the customer and we paid for the parts
and laborThis was a $1,job on a $6,car that was sold "as is" according to ***We cannot continually repair a car for someone every time a problem arisesShe also came in with her father stating the tires were no good months after she bought the carWe sympathize with this young lady, but she has to understand it is a mechanical object and she will have to put money into it for repairs during its ownershipEnclosed is a copy of the bill for the heater core

This is and we did everything we promised including fixing the Jeep they bought we have a signed purchase order which states there is no refunds once a deal is madeThe truth is they wanted to cancel the deal because they got another deal for a jeep after we made a deal and had the car in
service for them getting it ready to be delivered

We refunded the deposit and there will be no dispute on our end this matter should be done and resolved

Road Ready Used Cars never promised to give her year free oil changes but we still gave her free because we wanted to show her that she is our customer and we appreciate her business but to make a complaint about us for something that if we did promise her a year free oil changes she would
recieve a "We Owe" that we give to each and every customer we owe something to at time of delivery

Here is my side of the story *** purchased a *** Accord that was a one owner ** *** trade with 70000 miles on itHe had the car for a couple days and came back stating the transmission dip stick was missing and leaking transmission fluidI wasn't going to argue the customers always
right, so I ordered a new oneA few days later he brought it to *** they checked the whole car out and said everything was good but the unibody frame had some rust xxxxx and it needed to be replaced, the cost from them was about four thousand dollarsI had him bring the car back we inspected it and it did indeed have some corrosion so I asked him how he would like to proceedHe said he liked the car can we fix itI had my technician repair the frame but the customer came back twice stating he didn't like the job and frankly neither did I, not that it wasn't safe but it wasn't pleasing to eyeI ordered a frame, a factory *** frame and installed it for a bout a half of what *** wanted to chargeI called him to tell him it was all set and that's when he told me he didn't want the car any moreI explained what we did he wanted no part of itI asked him again how would he like to proceed he stated he wanted a 4xso he looked at the inventory and picked out the s.u.v he wantedI offered him a loaner, he said no I have a car to useI got this Trailblazer all ready for delivery and told my guys to fix anything and spare no expenseI just want the customer happyI spent over three thousand dollars on this car, new tires, new shocks, new rotors and pads and so on and so onWhen he picked the car up I personally told him if he had any problems call me I would right any wrong even though both cars were sold without a warranty due to the age of the vehicle, that's just how we do it hereA week later I started reading all the bad reviews he posted and the complaints from different institutions started coming inI tried calling him but he wouldn't answerIn his complaint he said the new 4xneeded shocks, that was a lie we have receipts for four new ones along with other accusations about the cars conditionI wasn't going to start bad mouthing him now in this review but after all we did to try to make him happy I wish I didn't even sell him a car in the first or second placeKeep in mind the *** was only five thousand dollars and I spent over two thousand fixing it for himThe next thing are the reviews he says we pay for them, another lie by *** we offer an oil change and car wash for customers who do reviews across the internetThe good review can be edited down the line if anything we state is not true to a negative reviewCertain reviews can't even be done at the office because IP addresses cannot match the dealershipsI've done enough ranting so that's my story and I'm sticking to it

We fully refunded her and took care of our end of it.. We are sorry the process took as long as it did

There is no such thing as a lemon law and when the vehicle left here there was no issue with the vehicle at all. We at road ready can not be responsible for what happens once it leaves our dealership the car was in full running order when it left our dealership..
