Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: THERE IS SUCH A THING AS THE LEMON LAW. And I should have had a vehicle that ran smooth and not have problems a month in having the vehicle. I did nothing wrong but drive in a normal manner. I don't beat on my vehicles I'm a safe driver and if the safety inspection was done I should have gotten paperwork that everything was ok and did not so I don't know what was done to the vehicle before I took it home. I should have gotten that paperwork of the safety inspection
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because due to the following remarks: The account of events and statements from the business are completely false and made in badfaith according to the conversations exchanged between the customer and the business/salesperson. ? The car deal didn’t go through not because Mr. [redacted] requested additional equipment for the car, as the dealership has stated. The car deal didn’t go through because, in fact, the bank did not approve the loan. The loan was not approved, as stated by Road Ready Used Cars; please see the attached letter from [redacted] Dealer Services. ? Mr. [redacted] felt skeptical of the business transaction. They still convinced Mr. [redacted] to sign the contract. ? It should be further noted that Mr. [redacted] does not read English fluently, and he expressed that. They claimed a translator from their dealership was present; however, Mr. [redacted] was highly suspicious that he was not being treated fairly and with honesty. Mr. [redacted] did not purchase the vehicle, as again, he was not approved for the loan. Both his daughter and son, after speaking to the dealership, felt uncomfortable with the poorly written contract and strongly advised Mr. [redacted]NOT TO SIGN[redacted] as illustrated by the attached text message image the day of the incident. ? A call was made by Mr. [redacted]’ daughter in which she clearly expressed to the car sales representative named Joe, that their contract was poorly written and she advised her father not to sign it. Mr. [redacted]’ son spoke to the sales representative regarding the $500 dollar deposit and asked if 100% this money would be returned should anything occur. The sales representative was incredibly defensive which made the deal even more suspicious.? The stress caused to Mr. [redacted] by this incident is significant. ? In addition, after research was done on the car dealership, the attached reviews by other unhappy customers were found stating startlingly similar circumstances. In fact, Mr. [redacted]'s son was concerned for his father’s safety due to some of these reviews. ? Road Ready Used Cars has repeatedly done this to numerous customers and it needs to be reported and stopped. In conclusion, Mr. [redacted] hereby requests a refund for the $500 deposit.List of attachments:1. Letter from [redacted] Dealer Services.2. Screenshot of text exchanges between Mr. [redacted] and his daughter.3. Customer reviews for Road Ready Used Cars (4 total).

[redacted] Complaint [redacted] will be 100% refunded..

Customer came in and purchased and drove the vehicle as well as signed a purchase order that states no refund of deposit after I serviced and did everything the customer asked he then tried to back out the deal we made if he did not make me service and get car ready for him then it would be...

something we would of tried to work out..

Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2007 [redacted] Camry from Road Ready Used Cars on 10/14/2015. He left a partial down payment of $500.00 towards the purchase on 10/14/2015. We submitted his information for financing and he was approved. Mr. [redacted] returned to Road Ready on 10/16/2015, signed all of the...

financing and [redacted] documents, and left an additional down payment of $500 towards the purchase. The purchase order, which the customer signed, clearly stated "no refund of deposit." The financing contract, which the customer signed, also stated "no cooling off period" or cancellation period for this sale. We did not force him to sign any documents. He chose to purchase the vehicle and then changed his mind after all the documents were signed and sent to the bank. His down payment is not refundable, but we will gladly apply his down payment towards the purchase of this or another vehicle.

Road Ready did everything 100% correct in this matter. We sold them a car and let them make sure there insurance was affordable and fit there budget. Road Ready has a signed purchase order and many other documents making the deal final..

I have tried to contact [redacted] for days with no answer and no call back I have a signed purchase order from [redacted] signed in 4 different spots with no promise of fixing the window and when he came in the other day to say he wanted it done or he did not want the car I went to the owner and got the window...

done to make sure he was 100%.. There is no refund of partial payment as we let all our customers know of this with all documents signed..

[redacted] came in on Saturday and bought a truck from us which was the truck he picked and was not forced to buy. We have all the paperwork and the purchase order he signed stating he was purchasing the truck not trying to find out what rates were or any of that and even after Saturday I spoke with...

[redacted] again Monday letting him know we got him approved and everything was all set. [redacted] never mentioned about the rate or anything like that even on that monday when we spoke again so this is false and not accurate. Road Ready Used Cars did nothing wrong at all we did everything that was promised and more.

First of all she was delivered a vehicle that was driving just fine and fully serviced, Road Ready used cars is not responsible for what happens after the vehicle leaves our dealership because she bought a car AS-IS with no warranty as well as there is no such thing as lemon law so Road Ready is not at fault for anything she has claimed..

Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2007 [redacted] Tacoma. After doing all the paperwork, including bank contracts that were sent into the bank, he came back the next day and said his wife did not want him to buy that. He stated he wanted the [redacted] Rogue, but he needed a luggage rack. We called the bank and...

stopped the deal on the Tacoma from getting funded. We billed out the [redacted] Rogue and processed the loan on that vehicle. The bank contracts were sent in and he was happy. The next day we called him to tell him it would be a couple of days until the luggage rack would be in. The same day, about 3 hours later, he came in upset and was told to leave after threats were made more than once. The police escorted him out. I will back up a bit, his daughter was a paralegal. We sent all the papers and contracts to her for her approval. She told her dad it was ok to sign. We had to pay the bank to unwind the contracts and we absorbed the cost of the luggage rack.

This is not true at all we sold them a truck and sent them multiple video's with every inch of the vehicle as well as let them know we were not holding the vehicle we were selling them it with no refund of partial payment..

They told us the bank and payoff amount and it was an honest mistake, but we are not responsible for the extra money they owe on trade and think because the mistake was made we should just give them $3000.

This vehicle was bought AS-IS just like customer stated and I still fixed it for her and then because she did something with the tire a month later now everything is our fault. Well we delivered her a vehicle that was 100% safety ready as well as went above and beyond to make sure we took care of...

the check engine light at no charge out of good faith so for her to act like we have done anything wrong and the car is stuck in the driveway is our fault is just crazy we owe them nothing and if she did things the right way instead of bad mouthing us on social media we would of helped her with the problem she created as well.. Road Ready used cars did nothing wrong and is not responsible for things customers do a month later after they have car..

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I did nothing but drive the vehicle in a normal fashion. I did not physically do anything to the vehicle. And technically the vehicle should have not had any problems that quick if they did the proper 150 point safety inspection. By right the whole vehicle should have been ready to drive when I drove it off the lot and not have the check engine light on as soon as I leave the parking lot. The whole vehicle should have been made safe to drive and not have problems at all. I did nothing wrong to the vehicle but drive it. And if we were not treated poorly there would not have had anything said on social media. And I really didn't bad mouth them I told the truth in my experience. The employees at road ready are rude and arrogant with poor customer service.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
