Fox Valley Air made no attempt to "prey" on Mr*** After receiving a phone call from Eric we identified the problem [redacted] was the one who was in our system as FQ owner not a [redacted] Upon finding out about this I advised Eric this would be resolved and nothing would be charged and we would fully cancel everything for him Fox Valley Air has recovered all merchandise and returned everything back to [redacted] We have updated both names in our system so there will no further issues with this We again apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that went through with this transaction but in no way shape or form was anything done to harm them

Horrible companyGot a scratch card in the mail telling me I won a prizeCalled the company who said they were going to send someone out to deliver my prize and I'd have to listen to their sales pitchThey showed up hours later than they had scheduledThe and year old that presented the products were crude and completely unprofessionalUpon arrival the young girl decided to bring my barn cat in the houseNot ok with meThey set out all their products while continually making jokes about [redacted] The young woman had dropped Bud Light bottle caps out of her coat while demoing a productThey both continued to swear and use offensive language the entire timeThis sales pitch also lasted an hour longer than I was toldI was so offended and put off with the whole experience, yet the young man guilt tripped me into purchasing a vacuum and filter because his son "had health issues and he needed the commission." Against my better judgement I'd told them I'd test the products for a day and then sign the contract if I liked themA week later, I've been trying to contact the company via email and phone, and not a single person will give me the time of dayI want to return these products and get my money backI'm completely disgusted by this company and the people that work for it

Hello ***, I would like to first thank you for letting us know of this situation It is Fox Valley Air's top concern to handle any issues as quickly as possible It sounds like you had a very bad experience with one of our newer recruits I would like to inform you first that we no longer have [redacted] in our organization [redacted] should have given you the bowl set right away to start the presentation so I will be getting you one out in the mail on 4/14/and should be there no later than the 16th If you haven't received it please call [redacted] at ###-###-#### so we can track it for you I again apologize for the bad experience [redacted]

We're aware of this issue and have already made the correct changes We have recently changed to a computer system and it had some bugs at the begging deciphering which leads were active and inactive Its all fixed now as of 12/ IF there are any further issues please contact us immediately so we can resolve it but shouldn't be a problem now

Very very pushy people, wouldnt walk away with just a no and now im stuck with a product I DO NOT WANTTried to give it back they say no I can't They expect me to pay over 3,000$ for vacuum I can pay for a vacuum and it would work the same! I would recommend this to anyone!

Fox Valley Air has attempted to contact the customer several times to resolve this issue as soon as possible. The customer had received a promotional scratch card and had called to redeem the prize. The prize is dependent on the hand on the back of the scratch card, and is matched with a Master Slot Chart. We hope to discuss more with the customer about the way the call was handled. The customer is welcomed to call in and ask for the sales manager immediately to match up the hand and redeem their prize

Review: I am filing this complaint on behalf of my father, [redacted]. This is the 2nd time Fox Valley Air, LLC preyed upon my senior parents. This is the 2nd time they contacted my parents via telephone, and showed up at my parents home to sell them their extremely expensive air filtration units. The date of sale was 9/13/2014 and my father is sending a notice of cancellation on 9/15/2014. This company has no right to prey upon seniors, I asked them within 2 years ago to never set foot on my parents property ever again and they have.Desired Settlement: I want the $350 charge to be placed back upon my father's credit card. I want them to pick-up the units and never set foot or call my parents ever again.

I called the number after I scratched off the card. It said I was a winner. I was told I would need to listen to a sales pitch but would receive my price even if I didn't buy. I spent hours waiting for the sales person. This continued to be a problem even after I finally heard the sales pitch 1 day and then 2 hours later than promised. I have havd repeated phone conversations with this company and nothing but broken promises. The Owner of the Company called me today at 1:30 and said he was sending some one out and I should see them shortly. At 6 PM I left as I had something to do. I am still waiting to see if they will honor the promise of the gift I was to receive.
I will never do business with this company because if they can not even get the sales people to come out how can I trust them to come out if I have a problem with the product?
I have been told tonight that I should have my gifts (@ for the inconvenience) tonight. But I do not believe it.
