Unprofessional Company
I spoke to Steve Schultz of Franchoice.com. He was rude, unprofessional and harassing.

I highly recommend not to work with this company.

To the matter at handAttached to this email is the Service order front and backas well as two payment receipts for work executedPlease note that the back of the service order has two signedstatements, signed by [redacted] ;one discussing storage charges relative non paymentof Services rendered One at pick up date agreeing to all charges executedas well as the receipt of his motorcycle and partsin paid and complete order relative to the work and condition up to the date of pick upOn the front of the service order is a signature authorizingall discussed work to be executed and giving SuperMoto Italia permission to proceed with such workA brief synopsis of the chronological events regarding the workon his motorcycle are as follows:Approximately - work initiated on carburetor disassembly inspection and parts ordering relative to the approved carburetor service requested by [redacted] approximately - [redacted] advised that work on the carburetors completed and that the effect of the work conducted have no result in improved motorcycle runningfurther discussion with [redacted] revealed that he had never serviced the valves at the required factory service intervals of 12,miles with more than 36,miles on the odometer [redacted] was advised of the need to further investigate the valves as a result of poor compression in two of the four cylinders of the motor he was also advised of how much labor would be involved and how much that labor would cost with an approximate estimation of three hours labor at our hourly rate of $per hourHe was advised that he had to pay the service charges for the work on the carburetors that had been completed with a charge of hours before the valve inspection and diagnostic work could be initiated [redacted] asked for some time to consider for the further diagnostic work and relative expense that it would incur before approving the work to be conductedOn [redacted] came to SuperMoto Italia and requested that the diagnostic work and investigation into the loss of compression and the valves conditions be initiated at which time he paid $of the required total due amount of $for completed work on the carburetorsAs can be seen by the dated top signed statement on the back of the service order he was advised of what was due and possible storage charges for nonpayment of the work that have been completedHe said he would be back in a couple of days to pay the remainder of the balance of the completed work for a total of $so that the additional work could be initiatedAfter two phone conversations discussing the balance and desire to move forward On [redacted] came in and paid the remaining balance on previous work conducted as well as three hours labor to initiate the investigation and diagnosis of his possible valve dilemmaWhen [redacted] was advised of very severe camshaft damage causing substandard compression in two of the four cylinders and that adjusting the valves would only remedy his condition temporarily (miles or less)he asked for some advice on what it may cost to remedy these conditions caused by a lack of scheduled maintenance over 36,miles of neglect in keeping with scheduled valve maintenancefollowing the discussion of what it may cost he asked for some time to consider whether he would move forward with that repair or notApproximately [redacted] called and said he had been transferred by his job to New Jersey and had to move his home and all his belongings there and asked that we not conduct any further repairs or diagnostic work on his motorcycle and that he would be in as soon as possible to pick it up [redacted] was reminded that his motorcycle was in a disassembled condition as a result of the investigative diagnostic work that he approvedHe was advised that if you wanted it reassembled and in running condition he would have to pay an additional two hours labor to be given back the bike in a poor running condition as it had arrived because of the status of the valves and lack of compression in two of the four cylinders [redacted] requested to leave it apart and that he would prefer not to pay the additional two hours labor and he would pick it up in a disassembled condition and find somebody in New Jersey to put it back together after his move there was completedOn as evidenced by the dated statement on the bottom portion of the rear of the service order you can see that he was satisfied in receiving the motorcycle and all the parts from super Moto Italia that day as per his signature in that statementSuperMoto Italia made all efforts to disclose to [redacted] all charges that that work would incur as well as disclosing all findings of the diagnostic work that he requested and paid for as well as advice regarding investment in repairs may onlyFix the condition temporarily unless costly major components like the camshaftswe're replaced exceeding the value of his motorcycle I would like to note that on several occasions [redacted] 's demeanor of communication was one of being condescending using profanity on the phone and and being plainly abusiveI believe that [redacted] was using this communication technique to try and minimize or avoid paying the charges for the work that was honestly and completely conducted on his motorcycleLastly in 24+ years I have never been approached by the New York Revdex.comwith a claim, and that should say something of my business and personal integrity and business practicesSuperMoto Italia can easily be seen with positive customer reviews on google and Facebook if one cares to lookAgain please find attached all documentation I am open to a phone discussion as well should there be any further questions
