The reason we have not come back to do any warranty work is the bill is still not paid The work was do on 03-08-The amount to do the work was $They have only paid $and we have been calling and send statements for over year and monthsThe warranty requires the bill to be paid in full and that is stated on the warranty on invoice.We do not refund money on delinquent accountsWe have waited for a year and months and we had to turn you in to collectionsThe invoice states the warranty will be voided if not paid in fullStatements where sent out and you where talked to on phonewe talked to you on the phone on 02-03-and you where told what was going on and why we are not coming out until the job was paid in fullAnd you did not pay so it was sent into collectionsWe tried working with for over a year , so we are not refunding any money Sean F [redacted] Francis Animal And Pest Control

I am rejecting this response because:We live in the same householdI handled this complaint matter, but the person's name in the pest control's database is that of my partner (last name [redacted] )He met with and paid for the four sessions with Francis Pest Control using his checkbookWe do not share the same last name, hence our names are different, but we live in the same home and jointly handle household problems, such as pestsI submitted this complaint under my name, but his name will be the one registered under Francis Pest Control since he paid for the services

The worst company I have ever dealt withSean kept giving excuses about why he could not come They charged a fee to come back Never resolved the bat issue from the beginning Be wise when looking for pest control!! The work they did was very unprofessional And the employees are the same!!

Your month service contract had expired months ago If you were not so many months passed due on your account we would of went out and taken care of the mouse problem When accounts get so far passed due, the account needs to be paid up to date for anymore work to be done You can not end a contract with not telling us We can come back out and do the last service for the same quarterly rate $and that would fulfill your month contactBecause your contact was for services at $pre service

I have been calling Francis animal control since may to take care of a bat problem, it is now the end of september and the problem is still not resolvedThey finally came at the end of July to get the bats out and were supposed to come back 3-days later and do the cleanup but still have not found the timeI keep calling and Sean continues to come up with excuses why he cannot comeHe blames other people or claims I never called or he never spoke to meHe even tried telling me he received a letter from me in the mail stating I didn't want them to come do the clean upThere have been a few times I have called when he has been driving and he says he'll call me back and I wait for days and finally call him back and he has no recollection of speaking to meHe finally set a time of coming last Saturday morning, then called and left me a message at 8:Friday night saying he hurt his ribs, knee and shoulder recently and still didn't feel up to workingHe says he hopes to come some time next weekI'm gonna guess that isn't going to happen eitherI have explained to him several times I am trying to sell my house and would really like this issue taken care ofThis is the worst service I have ever received

I called on NEW YEARS DAY for help with a problem I was havingNo one was answering the phone anywhere I called due to the holidayThis guy not only answered but took several minutes time on the phone to help me diagnose what the problem wasI took his suggestions and was able to fix it on my ownThen he called back to see if I still needed him to come out for a service callEven though he helped me to solve the problem on my own he wouldn't take any fee just asked me to do a review which I gladly submit today

Shawn (the owner) came out (on a Friday evening) and helped with the removal of a young bat who had found his way into our homeShawn was super informative and helpfulHe safely and humanely removed the bat and set him free to fly off into the night to find his colonyI would highly recommend Francis Animal and Pest Control to my friends and familyThank you again for your quick response, effective removal, and information about bats and ways to remove them if we happen to have another one find its way into our house

When I spoke to a rep at the company in February of 2016, it was agreed by the company and myself that a crew would come out in March of and finish/the work and I would pay in full at that timeWe agreed upon early-mid March as then the conditions would be safe- no snow or ice on the roofI did not receive any correspondence from the company in March for thisThe work is still not completed and I feel the company has refused the payment in full by not responding and not willing to finish the workI am stuck with the same situation- I still have bats in my atticNothing has been resolvedThis company has refused to complete the job and collect payment upon completion as we discussed on the phone in February of

I have been calling Francis animal control since may to take care of a bat problem, it is now the end of september and the problem is still not resolved. They finally came at the end of July to get the bats out and were supposed to come back 3-10 days later and do the cleanup but still have not found the time. I keep calling and Sean continues to come up with excuses why he cannot come. He blames other people or claims I never called or he never spoke to me. He even tried telling me he received a letter from me in the mail stating I didn't want them to come do the clean up. There have been a few times I have called when he has been driving and he says he'll call me back and I wait for days and finally call him back and he has no recollection of speaking to me. He finally set a time of coming last Saturday morning, then called and left me a message at 8:30 Friday night saying he hurt his ribs, knee and shoulder recently and still didn't feel up to working. He says he hopes to come some time next week. I'm gonna guess that isn't going to happen either. I have explained to him several times I am trying to sell my house and would really like this issue taken care of. This is the worst service I have ever received.

We have looked at all your records and you did not have a signed service plan with us.
You had a one time treatment for mice for $200 plus tax and that had a 6 month warranty .
If you had a service plan signed with us we , the contract is for 12 months and auto renews and you would had to pay each time we came out to do service on a scheduled day . And you would need to give a 30 day written notice to stop the services.
The fee per service would of been $90 plus tax per service for a quarterly service with a one year contract that would auto renew.
We have no problem servicing you at the old rate of $90 plus tax per service.
But if you can provide any paper work ,I can work with you to resolve this
