The reason we have not come back to do any warranty work is the bill is still not paid. 
The work was do on 03-08-15 .
The amount to do the work was $641.25.
They have only paid $341.25 and we have been calling and send statements for over 1 year and 3 months.

warranty requires the bill to be paid in full and that is stated on the warranty on invoice.We do not refund money on delinquent accounts.
We have waited for a 1 year and 3 months and we had to turn you in to collections.
The invoice states the warranty will be voided if not paid in full.
Statements where sent out and you where talked to on phone.
we talked to you on the phone on 02-03-2016 and you where told what was going on and why we are not coming out until the job was paid in full. And you did not pay so it was sent into collections.
We tried working with for over a 1 year , so we are not refunding any money.

We had already taken off 6 late fees = $14.76 and taken off 1 service = $96.19 .
So we took all this off back in September 2015.
The last time we had been out there was 8 months ago, in April .

The day you paid is the same day you called the Revdex.com.
So she had already had the $96.19 taken off in August.

I have paid three times roughly totaling 300. The office assistant didn't seem to understand or know anything when I called and just kept saying " we have a new system". I have paid for all of the services rendered. Still there is a mouse problem and I didn't receive the second part of the yearly service for the 300$ which was the spray for bugs. Why should I have paid the last 96$ for what. Nothing was ever fixed and the service was incomplete. And yes, I did file the complaint that I paid it. I pay my bills and wasn't going to go to collections. I figured I would pay and try to resolve it this way.

Why did you wait 8 months to tell me you still have a mouse problems, when we have been sending you statements in the mail and by email every month and have been calling you ?
Your 12 month service contract had expired months ago .
If you were not so many months passed due on your account we would of went out and taken care of the mouse problem .
When accounts get so far passed due, the account needs to be paid up to date for anymore work to be done.
You can not end a contract with not telling us.
We can come back out and do the last service for the same quarterly rate $96.19 and that would fulfill your 12 month contact. Because your contact was for 4 services at $96.19 pre service.
