I had my car washed at Francis & Sons Car Wash today located on Peoria in Glendale I have been going there for eight years since I moved to the area Today was last day I will be going to that establishment Poor customer service and condescending attitude by the Manager on duty (Phillip) Much more interested in replacing my windshield and pre-selling me a detail jobExtremely disenchanted with the treatment and quality of the work!

What a ripoffyou know how when you pull into most full-service Car Washes and 'those salespeople' are really aggressive in selling you the more expensive services??? Weeeell, I agreed on and paid for a 'Detail' package and when I came in for my appointment I was told (for the 1st time) that I needed my receipt or no work could be done Before it was all over, the General Manager Beau called me and then hung up on me when I tried to respond to him (admittedly I raised my voice but was not cussing or anything) Francis & Sons just did not want to honor what it is they sold me (Exterior and Interior Detail, Paint Sealant, Headlight Restoration for $150) because I bought it off the Salesperson so cheap Beau the GM lied to me at one point, and was merely trying to get out of a bad deal for Francis & Sons that FRANCIS AND SONS HAD MADE! I didn't design the deal, THEY DID! These guys are NOT customer-centric at all; in fact, when I called Corporate to check status of my Receipt Reproduction (needed before they'd start ANY work), the lady was very snide and smart-alecky! Bless her heart, she's probably just overwhelmed with work but she had NO desire to help meAT ALL!!! I was so frustrated by a day wasted with my Truck sitting at their Alma School location NOT GETTING WORKED ON that I asked for a refund Beau told me that I had to have my Receipt for a refund! Fortunately I found my Receipt and they are giving me a refund But! I’m still REALLY MAD!!! They deducted the cost of the Car Wash from my refundI came in for a ‘Basic’ wash at like $10, but they shorted me the cost of the ‘Full’ Car Wash they had ‘FREE-UPGRADED’ me to since I had just bought the Detail Package I should have seen that one coming What a TERRIBLE business model this location!!! They've lost another customer and, while this may SHOCK YOU, they don’t care AT ALL!!! I just moved into the neighborhood and had hopes that 'this' would be my Car Wash ‘round the corner But the GM on down are just liars and have no interest in customer satisfaction at all They also don't seem to care the loss of another customer eithersuch a shame! YOU HAVE CHOICES ARIZONA, and I highly recommend you find a more reputable car wash company to deal with than this one as they are quite easily the worst Car Wash I’ve ever dealt with (years driving)

I have used this car wash for years and have cars washed there On 10/17/I had my Hyundai Accent washed During the washing process a door molding was dislodged from the door and was brought to me The manager on duty told me they are not responsible for this type of damage to my car and that signs are posted stating so He (Spencer) took a picture of the damaged door, my name, and phone number No one called and I did send an email to the company from their web site, but again, no one called I had to have the problem corrected at my expense It seems to me that a company like this should have insurance for this type of accident in order to do business Consumers should not be held hostage to this kind of situation

I took my BRAND NEW Chevy Silverado to this location for a washI was talked into buying a full detail even though I didn't think it needed itWhen I got it back I noticed my custom paint job was scratched and swirled in a few placesAfter I got home I took a closer look and it's the whole truckMy vehicle is only months old and only has miles on it and now I have to pay $to have it professionally detailedI have tried calling several times but all they tell me is they will have a manager call me backOr I could bring it back and they would itWell I DO NOT want anyone from that company touching my vehicle againIt is a $60,truck and now the paint is ruined

Wood grain panels on my back and front center console have popped off and become wilted after receiving a car washI brought my vehicle in as they requested and the first manager, Jared, said he couldn't do anything and had me contact the General Operations Manager, BooI sent him photos and he request I return to the shop so he may see itHim and another gentleman looked at it for about minutes and said they would file a claim with corporate and get back to me Monday or TuesdayI called on Wednesday after hearing nothing and he stated he had gotten busy, but would sit down and do it and call my back by FridayHe ended up calling me on Monday and said my claim had been denied because his Parts Manager, Bret, had spoken with Lexus and they said it's rare, but does happen with excessive moistureHe agreed that the technician had used excessive moisture and should have rung out the parts (which took hours to dry) about 3-4x with their tool, but that they couldn't exactly say t

This company has no way of contacting an actual person to speak withOn there website there is no phone number to speak to customer service and the only thing they provide is an email where all they respond is "thank you for contacting us we will respond shortly" which they never do! I went to their website to cancel my membership and they never did itI've tried numerous times to cancel and they never do anything about itI also called several times to the location where I got my membership and they don't answer

Paid for full service and basically drive my car straight threw washInside clearly not wiped down at all

Francis and Sons Car Wash might is the most unethical business I've ever seen Yesterday they stole my wife's radar detector from her SUV The manager blamed us for not reporting it immediately He said that they saw a radar detector but now they can't find it We asked for a replacement or money to buy new radar detector and he said he couldn't do that Also, they use high pressure sales tactics on the elderly Specifically their glass repair people They intentionally damage your vehicle in order to point out repair to the paint, glass, rims, etc The owners of this company should be put in jail AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased a promotion package for $on December 1st, 2016( no expiration date) , in which I was promised when I used it that they would do thorough detail of the interior of my car to make it like new againWhen I finally took my car in to be detailed on July 1st, they talked me into spending another $to wax and promise to remove scratches from my carTo make a long story short the interior detail was horrible! I brought car in for detailThe completion of exterior was not done well at allThe complaint is regarding a scratch on the side of the car that was not there before I brought it inWhen calling them they would not accept responsibilityI know it was not there before I brought it in as I recently had the car repaired on the same sideI had not walked around the car when I picked it up as I was in a hurry, when I got home I saw the scratch asI was having difficulty opening the doors and called them immediately

I went to the one on *** * *** **It was HORRIBLE!!!! I had a coupon which was ignored and then charged more because the girl behind the counter told me they just had a rate increase last week so it had to be addedThen the car hadn't been vacuumed and wasn't wiped down inside, because they thought they could get away with it!! They did go back and do the work I paid for but after standing around for plus minutes I couldn't wait to leave and will not go backThis place is the worst!!!

I've been to this Tempe location to have my vehicle washed many times before I've had some very good experiences, but most of the time the vehicle isn't as clean as I would like to be However, never a big enough issue to generate a complaint until today I took my vehicle in at 2pm for a wash Granted it was a busy Saturday I was "upsold" from a wash to a detail where they were supposed to provide a lot of attention to my leather, dash, door panels, and floor mats They were going to use a special lotion to enhance the softness and life of the leather I sat inside the lobby looking out the window at my vehicle watching it's progress In the entire hour my vehicle sat outside it was only touched for no more than minutes The rest of the time it just sat there Around 2:45pm I went out to complain and one of the guys started telling the detail crew to get my car DONE All the detail guys made up excuses and ignored the request at 3pm I went up to the front counter and

Worst Service ever! My next step is to contact the news stations!
