I have used this car wash for years and have cars washed there On 10/17/I had my Hyundai Accent washed During the washing process a door molding was dislodged from the door and was brought to me The manager on duty told me they are not responsible for this type of damage to my car and that signs are posted stating so He (Spencer) took a picture of the damaged door, my name, and phone number No one called and I did send an email to the company from their web site, but again, no one called I had to have the problem corrected at my expense
It seems to me that a company like this should have insurance for this type of accident in order to do business Consumers should not be held hostage to this kind of situation

I was using their self vaccums when the metal attachment fell out of the ceiling and landed on my car and scratched He paint on my carThe manager came to talk to me and he said that as long as there was suction on the vacuum, there was no way it could come apartHe told me to call the general manager and file a complaint because He wasn't going to help me

On Monday, November 6, I took my car here to be washed The last times I was there they were all over me to replace my windshield and grinding on me for extrasI decided to give them one more chance, to my regretI don’t have his name but the guy writing the tickets, balding and age 40-50, mentioned they could buff out a scratch on the rear fenderI said okay but when I realized this would be an extra $which he hadn’t mentioned, I said to take it offLater, as my car was being finished, I saw him walk out near my car A home I saw my car had been badly keyed te same place the buffing was to take place – I have a photoThat day was the only time it could have happened since the car was in my possession since thenI can’t prove it of course, and that guy will deny it But, I at leas want to warn others away from this scuzzy outfit

A Francis and Sons employee lied to me to get me to spend top dollar for an oil change He INSISTED that I'd void the warrantee on my lease car by using regular oil Afterward I checked with my dealer and that was a FLAT OUT LIE When I called to complain, they wouldn't do anything DON'T USE FRANCIS AND SONS! I should have paid attention to the reviews They are all terrible

I had my car washed at Francis & Sons Car Wash today located on Peoria in Glendale
I have been going there for eight years since I moved to the area Today was last day I will be going to that establishment Poor customer service and condescending attitude by the Manager on duty (Phillip) Much more interested in replacing my windshield and pre-selling me a detail jobExtremely disenchanted with the treatment and quality of the work!

I went to this Francis and sons on Friday 10/for a regular car washAfter the car wash and on my way home I noticed muy rear view mirror, which was fine before the wash, was now brokenI went back to the location to find out what they would do about thisThe management team proceeded to say I broke it and they wouldn't do anything about itI ended up going to have it repaired at a shop not far away

I went to local car wash to have car washed & decided to sign up for mowash 3/14/17- when I got a chance to look at my car I realized there was still bird dropping residue on vehicle- window had overspray still on it & there were scratches on the top of my trunk- also they had put their sticker ( which the girl told me would be inside my door) in a very annoying spot on my front windshield
I went back as soon as possible due to there hours & my work schedule- they told me I had to come back the next day & talk to a mgr I did this the next morning- they refused to do anything & repeatedly kept saying how they do a lot of expensive cars there They told me I had to write a letter to cancel contract which I had with me & gave themNo offer to redo car or refund $$- I immediately went to my bank & cancelled mopayment

Normally I would say this company is amazingthey always took care of me till this weekI had taken it in for a car wash which is however when they went to wipe it down the gentleman driving my car stalled it times before I took overfast forward to todayI paid a reasonable amount of money for my car to be detailednot a problem I like their worktill todayWhen finishing my car "which is a ford mustang standard" he stalled times backing upFinally he got it out of their garage and goes to pull forwardhe put it in 3rd and accelerated while ridding the clutchWhich then pillows of white smoke poured out from my engineThey said that It was most likely was doing that before they got itCalling me a liar and that I know nothing about the car that I have been driving for yearsThe manager was the worst part about it all! He was the one saying it was doing it beforedon't you think I would have been fixing my car instead of getting it detailed if I new it was smoking? By the way that was all coming from the manager who I might add was extremely rude!

I went here today to get my truck washed and no one offered to help meI could not understand how to use the express wash service so I backed my truck out and leftSeveral employees were around but not a single person came to me

I literally hate this company! I’ve cancelled their service and they still continuously charge me still! I will never ever go to this place again!!!!

My Truck was Keyed on Dec and when I asked the So Called manager what he was going to do about it he said not a thing and I want you off MY PROPERTY BEFORE CALL THE COPSI asked him for his Name but he Refused to give it to meI waited for the Cops and showed them my Key DamageThe Peoria Officer gy me the District Manager's Name (Bo Hermiz) and Phone NumberI Texted him my Complaint the same Day and he has not RespondedI did call a few Days later and still no ResponseThey have a Care Less Attitude and FRANCIS ANDSONS CAR WASH IS NOT AN ACCREDITED Revdex.com AFFILIATEThey are apparently so BAD that they cannot get Acreditation as a Good BusinessI have Reported the Key Damage to the Peoria Chamber of Commerce but I doubt very seriously if I will ever hear from themI even Contacted the Consumer Affairs to see how many Complaints they have against themI just don't see how they stay in Business with so many Negative ReviewsI have not read one solid Positive ReviewThey lost my Business and the next time I ride by on Thunderbird Road, they can View my Middle FingerI am only one person and cannot put them out of Business but there is Strength in Numbers, keep them Complaints coming BUT not to Francis and Sons Car Wash, they will only Ignore youI am still waiting to verify if they do in fact, have a License to OperateWe don't need a Business like them in our CommunityWe can control them by NOT supporting their Business, go to another Car Wash, I do

Researched customer concern with the dealership and have contacted the customer directly to address the concern and potentially have a resolution and are awaiting on a response from her.

This business purports to offer a 50% discount through the Entertainment book, but they are not. The Ultimate Car Wash there is $27.99; the discount is 12.50. The manager said he had told the owner 3 weeks ago that people were complaining, but the owner ([redacted]) refuses to change the discount.

Francis and Sons Car Wash might is the most unethical business I've ever seen. Yesterday they stole my wife's radar detector from her SUV. The manager blamed us for not reporting it immediately. He said that they saw a radar detector but now they can't find it. We asked for a replacement or money to buy new radar detector and he said he couldn't do that. Also, they use high pressure sales tactics on the elderly. Specifically their glass repair people. They intentionally damage your vehicle in order to point out repair to the paint, glass, rims, etc.. The owners of this company should be put in jail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

at the location where the alleged damage happened.  [redacted] had left the facility and realized that her rear brake light cover was missing so she returned to the carwash to see if it happened there.  The site manager went to inspect in the wash tunnel and he located the brake light cover by the air dryers and brought it out to [redacted].  At that point I was very clear that the company would not be paying for the repairs to the vehicle for the following reasons:                1.  The plastic brake light cover showed aging and sun damage.  After all it is almost 11 years old.                 2.  Where the screws go, there were some small cracks that to me showed signs of over-tightening                    which only gets worse with time.  Also the seal (because of the age) had lost its’                              adhesiveness which made the cover separate from the base.                3.  Most importantly, I showed her that we have two signs clearly marked that Francis and Sons is                       not responsible for loose parts that could come off during the wash process. [redacted] understood and she expressed her concern with the brake light not being operational as she was headed out of town and her other rear tail light was also out.  I sent her over to our lube shop and had the manager replace the bulb free of charge.  In addition I offered to locate a used or after market replacement part and I offered to install it at no charge, she would only pay for the part.  She thanked me but declined and said her mechanic would fix it and he could do the same.  I told her that there would be no money in it for him as he does that for a living and I would be doing it as a courtesy only.  It is standard to mark up parts at mechanic shops.  She said he would take care of it as they had a long time relationship.  A few days later [redacted] called me very upset and demanded that Francis and Sons pay for the repairs.  I reminded her of our conversation and instead she became even more upset.  We went one step further and are willing to order the after market part and install it as a courtesy to finalize this claim.  In conclusion, we stand by our original assessment that the part was loose and that is why it fell off during the wash.  [redacted] called [redacted] on 8-24-15 but his call has not been returned.  However, we are still willing to replace the part with an after market one not as an admission of guilt but as a customer courtesy only.   Sincerely,  [redacted]General Operations ManagerFrancis and Sons LLC.

To Whom It May Concern:I was made aware of this complaint as [redacted] also left a similar complaint on our web page.  I immediately contacted her and advised her that the location she visited is no longer a Francis and Sons Car Wash.  That facility was sold 3 months prior...

When Mr. [redacted] submitted his complaint to the Francis and Sons page, I ** [redacted](District Manager for Lube Operations at Francis and Sons) contacted Mr. [redacted] to stay on top of the situation.  I called Mr [redacted] on Sunday Feburay 23rd at...

11:30am.  Mr. [redacted] did not answer the phone and a messesge was left Identifiying who I was and what I was calling about.  Here at Francis and sons we strive on quality of servcie and exceptional customer service.  I would like the oppotunity to inspect the [redacted] that Mr [redacted] had serviced, so I can determine what may be leaking on the vechicle.  I have made a second attempt to contact Mr. [redacted] today (Febuary 25th) at 2:37 pm and I left a second messege for Mr [redacted] to please return my phone call.  I would like the chance to work with Mr [redacted] and see if together we can come up with some type of resolution to this situation.

I went to get my vehicle cleaned today. I had to go back and have them vacuum out my two back seat rows, dog hair and other stuff still all over the floor and my console still dirty. Then when I got home I noticed the dead bugs are still all over the front of my car from my trip and mud up under my tires still. No pride whatsoever in their jobs. They half assed the things they did do. They wouldn't give me my money back when I went back so I told them they needed to do something. I'm a driver and can't even go to work tonight because I can't afford another detail service right now.
