I received a call from the General Manager apologizing about the situation He is going to look into the matter and call me back and try to resolve it

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Any company would feel threatened by possible legal action against them--in this case the possibility of an EEOC complaint due to perceived hiring discrimination practiced by the Leta dealership However, the employment situation involving Leta and my shopping experience involving Leta as a consumer should be treated separately I'm rejecting the response from the Leta dealership because they have apparently made no attempt to address the issues to the Revdex.com regarding the complaint at hand involving the issues that I discussed in my complaint submitted to the Revdex.com Leta needs to know that I as a consumer have the right to post a review of their dealership on Google and Dealer rater.com, which I have I don't deny it and I don't regret it, because there's freedom of speech in this country, and I feel I gave a fair evaluation of my shopping experience with this dealership Rather than the dealership calling me and apologizing for the poor customer service I received in the past week, they choose to dodge the poor treatment I received by counteracting it with an unrelated separate situation that I was hoping they'd put in the past I was encouraged by the 'owner" of Leta, as evidenced in his response to my Google review, to give the dealership another chance, since my experience with Leta didn't go well about a year ago Thus, I gave the dealership another chance, and customer service was no better I'm sorry that Leta has the impression that they deserve percent satisfaction with percent positive feedback in their reviews and any other feedback they might receive, but that's not reality Rather than trying to attempt to make me have a better impression about the dealership so that I might change my reviews to more positive ones, they choose to drive me away further I was hoping we could come to an understanding why their sales manager would undermine my intelligence as a buyer, slandering Volkswagen, making things up, in order for me to buy into the idea that my trade in vehicle is worth less than it might be I was hoping that Leta would call and help me understand why I didn't get a return call for a week to the point that I had to pick up the phone to obtain the financial information I was seeking pertaining to a possible deal I believe it's because they don't have the answers to rebuttal such actions--they have no excuse for their poor behavior, and thus they didn't address them in their response to the Revdex.com Ironically, [redacted] ***, a head honcho with Leta, who mainly operates out of the Acura office, told me over the phone he would assist me in any way possible in searching for a different vehicle So, I contact Leta for that very purpose, trying to gain information to see if a reasonable deal was even possible, and instead, I'm provided with poor customer service and information about Volkswagen It's apparent to me that Leta is full of mistakes--mistakes in their facts pertaining to employment, and mistakes pertaining to their sales processNeedless to say, I'm done with Leta If Leta thinks that I'm damaging their reputation, they should look in the mirror--they're damaging their own reputation but won't take responsibility for it as evidenced by the fact that they've avoided addressing the issues in this Revdex.com complaint and, instead, bombarded the Revdex.com with whining about topics that aren't even related to the complaint Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I'm not sure where the breakdown happened but I will make sure the gift card is sent to the customer's email address todayJust to clear up the programThe gift card promotion was $if you just test drive or $if you purchase so the gift card will be for $not $The two offers could
not be combinedSorry for the delay!

To whom it mat concern,Mr*** has spoken to several of our managers on several occasionsThis actually began when Mr*** applied for a job that was posted with a mistake stating that the position was for part time but it was actually a full time positionOn June 2nd Mr*** emailed us and
threatened to file a complaint against us with the EEOC letting us know that it would cost our business in excess of $5,He also threatened to leave a negative review on Google over an experience he had on our showroom over a year agoHe actually stated in that email that we don't know who we're dealing with and that he knows who to call, what to say, what buttons to push and that he usually wins. He then emailed us a 3rd time on June 2nd letting us that he would also file a complaint with the Revdex.com and even states that he would file it under the "for information only" section so it would stay on our record permanently with no chance of dispute from our businessOn 6/5/Mr*** emails us again letting us know that if we wanted to "settle" with him for $1,he would drop the EEOC complaint and remove the negative review on GoogleFinally on 6/7/he emails us yet again reminding us that if we would "settle" with him he now would drop the EEOC complaint, remove negative reviews he's left on Google and not to mention a Revdex.com complaint again reminding us that it would be posted under the "information only" area so it would stay on our record. His complaint claims that his experience was on 6/8/which is clearly after all the threats so my request would be to have this removed from our record and also check to be sure that he hasn't left anything else posted anywhere on the site trying to damage our reputationI've attached all the emails I've mentioned above for your review but my request is that they are not made public record for privacy reasons.If you have any questions or need anything from us please let me know.
