We were going to get the part paid under warranty, but when we inspected the bearing, evidence was shown that the mechanic that the customer used personally, had damaged the installation, therefore, Toyota would not warranty the part We did offer to check the problem at no chargeRonnie B***GenMgr

When I bought the bearing, I asked Mrs [redacted] how long was the warranty on the product Mr [redacted] advised me that I had a year I would have been happy if Frank Smith Toyota would off let the customer know that if the part was not intact the warranty was not going to be honor Frank Smith Toyota even went as far as to lie to me that it has a machine to take out a bearing intact, even if the bearing got hot and expanded which my mechanic advised me it would take a torch or grinder to take the bearing out Smith Toyota promised to replace my bearing and labor free, if the bearing was bad Smith Toyota should let the customer know that if they inspect the vehicle and something else cost the bearing to go bad then the warranty would not be honor Smith Toyota should not deceive their customers Toyota is excellent vehicle but without customer service and deceiving customers, Toyota would be like a vehicle I will continue to buy Toyota in San Antonio Tx NOTE: Can Smith Toyota remove me from any promotions or mail Thank You Carlos

The reason we could not sell her an extended service agreement is because she was adding a 4th car in her name and the bank would only finance a certain amount to keep her payments within guidelines She was explained that when she re-signed and agreed We even offered to sell the agreement on a cash basis so it wouldn't be financed and she refused I'm sorry that she is having issues with the car, but she was well aware of buying the car on an "as is" basis

We have requested warranty coverage on the part but Toyota denied the claim due to his mechanic damaging the part when removed. In an effort to show goodwill, we will give credit towards any future parts or services needed at Toyota of Pharr location only. Ronnie B***GenMgr

They helped me with everything and the car that they help me with was a great buy and I appreciate all the hard work that *** *** and the whole Toyota employees were amazing to help and made sure that this issue was taken care ofThere really is no words for how far they went to make this experience amazing.Thank you *** ***

After doing some research, I found that there were several issues on our part in getting the deal approved as we contracted. We finally got the deal approved and the deal has funded as of today. We are overnighting the payoff to GM Financial along with a letter explaining the...

circumstances so as not to have any derogatory credit markings on your credit. I sincerely apologize for the delay on this, but rest assured, I am involved and have gotten this handled. I apologize for Fabian not keeping you informed. I had a counsel session with him this morning about this. Please let me know direct if there is anything else I can help you with.
