I happily accept the resolution, of complimentary repairs, a refund for the labor, and third party authorized [redacted] inspection. I look forward for the delivery of the part. This quick response has reinstated my faith in Frank Smith's dedication to customer service. After having to waiting numerous times for speedy service a response within a matter of two hours after submission and business hours is remarkable and demonstrates the dedication you have to ensuring the [redacted] and the commitment and excellence I had always experienced in the past six years with my vehicle and visits to your service department. After doing research as to what happened, what we found was that the car he purchased had other issues and when we confronted the customer that traded it in to us, they denied any wrong doings so we had to back the deal out and give them their car back that [redacted] purchased. Very rarely does...

this ever happen. The reason it showed back up on our website is because when we backed the deal out, it automatically popped back in to our system and the website picks it up automatically. It has since been deleted. We do have another 2013 Fusion like the one he purchased but it has half the miles and better equipped. In a gesture of good faith, I can sell it to him at way below market and still give him way above market for his trade and I can get his payments down to within 10.00 per month of the one with higher miles and less equipment. Just deal directly with my used car manager, Javier Ozuna or myself so we can try and make good on this deal. I truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
