RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I met with the sales manager,Steve A [redacted] ,on Oct,*,2016 on a request from Nissan headquarter customer sevice representive. Mr A [redacted] tried to distracted me with convoluted mathematical explanation but he was unable to show me,where he gave me,the true car certificate valued 7,502.In addition the sales agreement I sign with the sales person,George Rodriguez listing the sticker price for the vehicle for $44,230.00 My trade in value for $4,000 and certificate value 7,502.When I pressed him on this he admitted he only gave me $2,500 for trade in.In addition, the $3,500 he refunded me is not a good faith gesture according to the customer rep from Nissan headquarter that amount they charged me is for insurance and the have to refund it to me I requested them to do so.I will like the dealer to produce the original agreement I sign with Mr Rodriguez that will show the discrepancy. They only gave me a discount of 3,500 instead of 7,502.Therefore,they owed me a additional refund of approx $4,000.In addition I want them to cancelled my maintenance for $,1000 .I don't want to do any further business with this dealership. [redacted] purchased and took delivery of new Nissan Sentra from us on Nov, *, At delivery of this vehicle the enclosed menu of optional items including price, benefits, payments and interest rates was presented to [redacted] [redacted] selected a total loss protection and turned down several other products and acknowledged this by signing the menu In addition [redacted] signed the enclosed bill of sales, customer recap sheet and buyer's order acknowledging this purchase for $and all sales are final.This deal was accepted by us based on viewing it as one single transactionNow it seems that [redacted] wants to selectively renegotiate legal and binding contractsIf [redacted] was unhappy with any part of this negotiated transaction the time to voice that concern is before he signed binding contracts and took delivery of a vehicleCertainly not months later Once contracts are signed and a consumer takes delivery of vehicle there can be no further negotiations [redacted] states in his complaint that he agreed to pay $for this vehicleThe selling price of the vehicle was $18,minus a rebate of $making the net selling price of $16,as evidenced by the contracts we have enclosed Therefore this vehicle was sold to him for $less than the price he stated that he agreed to payTherefore we are willing to make a settlement and offer [redacted] $ This represents the difference in the price he agreed to pay for the car and the price of the Total Protection he no longer wants.It is very clear when you review the contracts we have enclosed [redacted] was well aware of all aspects of this transaction If he would like to accept our settlement please have him contact Sharen M [redacted] ###-###-#### X***

We are attaching a copy of the check that was mailed out If the check has not been received please let us know so that we can stop payment and issue a new check

[redacted] brought his vehicle in for repairs on or repairs on or about August [redacted] to have the front end collision damage repaired The repairs were completed [redacted] inspected the vehicle and indicated that the repairs were to his satisfaction[redacted] returned approximately months later The previously repaired front end was damaged again [redacted] 's contention was that if the previous repairs were done differently, the second collision damage would not be aas extensive given the force of the impact The force of an impact he never even witnessed based upon his statements in his complaintNemet motors is confident that the previous repairs were properly completed We in no way are able to guarantee against the severity of damage during any future collision damage and we certainly will not replace his vehicle due to his accidents

The delay in issuing a registration was caused by DMV rejecting the required 6PTs of ID needed to issue the registrationWhen we finally received the documents from the consumer needed we resubmitted and the attached registration was issued This registration was mailed to the consumer at the address listed on the registration If is has not been received she will need to apply with DMV to obtain a duplicate

As per our posted refund policy the refund was processed yesterday It should take 3-business days to be reflected on [redacted] credit card account
