Thank you for
contacting me with the complaint submitted by [redacted] [redacted].  We certainly want to get this complaint
resolved as quickly as possible.  After
receiving the complaint I contacted you to further my understanding of the
complaint and to find the quickest resolution...

possible.  I contacted Mrs. [redacted] and discussed the
complaint in more depth.  As stated in
the complaint her desired settlement was to receive a written estimate of work
to be completed as well as price to do said work.  After speaking with Mrs. [redacted] I spoke with
my technician that quoted the work.  He
remembered vividly speaking with Mrs. [redacted] on the phone (Mrs. [redacted] does not
live in the home where the work was suggested) to explain to her what he found
when completing his service as well as the reasons he was suggesting the
additional work.  At that time my
technician claims Mrs. [redacted] said to him that she couldn’t do any of that work
at this time.  My technician said that he
understood, but the work was recommended to keep her warranties valid.  At that time Mrs. [redacted] asked for an email
copy of my technician’s findings and options with prices.  My technician claims he sent Mrs. [redacted] an
email at that time and proceeded on with his day.  Hearing that Mrs. [redacted] called in multiple
times because she never received the option sheet is alarming to me.  During my discussion with Mrs. [redacted] I
offered my apologies for our inside team causing her to feel that she was
getting the “run around” and I assured her that I would do everything I could
to make it right for her.  Immediately
after speaking with Mrs. [redacted] I emailed her a revised proposal with pricing
and description of work suggested.  To this day I
have not heard back from Mrs. [redacted].  In
no way would we ever fail to send an option sheet to ensure the manufacturer
has a basis to deny warranty coverage if the unit fails as Mrs. [redacted] suggests.  Please let me know if you have any questions
or need any further documentation.

Review: I had an annual service done by Frasiers. I purchased a new furnace and air conditioning unit from them in 2007 or 2008. I have been getting an annual service check on both units. At the last check, I received a call from the technician advising he recommended a change or service to the furnace, and gave a verbal quote. I advised I could not review at that moment (I was at work when he called on my cell). I then received an invoice for the standard service call which noted that I had refused the recommended work on the furnace, which would make my warranty null and void. I have repeatedly called Frasiers to request a written estimate of the recommended work for my review, and I continue to get the run around and have not yet received anything in writing regarding the recommended work to the furnace. I have called at least 5 times since the annual cleaning of the unit was completed on 06/09/2015. When I call, the receptionist states she will follow up with the technician and email me a written estimate -again, which I have not received to date. I feel this is being done to ensure they have a basis to deny warranty coverage if the unit fails.Desired Settlement: To receive a written estimate of the recommended work to be done to the furnace, as well as pricing

Always courteous and competent employees take pride in the work they do.

As always, Frasier's handled my furnace problem with courtesy and professionalism. I called Frasier's in the morning and was given an appointment the same day. I was emailed a picture of the technician so that I knew whom to expect and what time he would be at my home. The problem was resolved quickly. Josh did a great job!

We have been with Frasier's for 28 years and recommend them highly (5 stars out of 5)...this past Saturday, the 11th of June, we needed emergency help for a sewer back up...Aaron S., was dispatched as our service pro...he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and technically solid...Again, we want to recommend Frasier's and Aaron for a job well done and we truly appreciate their help...they along with the dispatcher saved our day...ed

I couldn't be happier...Frasier's Tech (Aaron S.) found and fixed the problem with my
water softening unit and explained to me what the problem was. Aaron is quite the
professional. If I ever have another problem, I will ask for him by name.

We had a tankless water heater installed. Aaron is quite knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We are pleased with the installation.

We have utilized Frasier's Plumbing and Heating for our furnace and boiler. Pat and Brian were very helpful, kept our house very clean, and answered my many questions. Both gave simple recommendations to improve the use of our heating equipment. It was a pleasure to have them at our home, even the dogs liked Pat and Brian.

Had Service Pro Brian D and he was absolutely fantastic. Quickly found our problem and just as quickly fixed it. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. Highly recommend both Frasier's and Brian D.

Eric was very professional and explained everything I needed to know and got back with us same day as service we were very happy with frasiers

Friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working technician who put extra time in to make sure I understood the system and how to properly care for it.

We just had our furnace and air conditioning checked by Josh L. from Frasier's and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Josh was not only very thorough with his explanation of what was done, but was also extremely polite and professional. An asset to the company!! We intend to ask for him for future check ups and any work which might need to be done.

Pat and Colton did a great job with relocating my gas lines during a remodeling process. Pat and Colton did everything to make sure not to make and extra mess in my house and did great job cleaning up prior to leaving any thing that was unavoidable. Pat took the time to explain everything he did when he was done.
I was quoted a price up front and that is exactly what it was when they were done-No surprises.

Aaron S. did great job. He arrived when I was told he would and he was very thorough. He also explained everything he was doing.

Excellent work - on time and they cleaned up nicely after they were done - very professional!
