Brian D was very knowledgeable about our furnace and really checked everything for our winter tune up. I was really surprised how many parts came off the furnace and then were put back cleaned and working.

Josh was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping us pick a replacement furnace for our twenty year old furnace.

Had a very positive experience with yearly maintenance on my Lennox boiler. The technician was Josh [redacted], and he was friendly, very efficient and knowledgable.

I called Frasier's at 9:00 AM about a furnace problem and by 11:30 their technician, Josh, arrived. In the meantime Frasier's called and emailed me to let me know when to expect him along with a link to his bio. Josh assessed the situation and provided me with the details and potential costs of the repairs up front. He then had fellow technician Jeff join him and the two of them performed what turned out to be a several hour job. I thought they were very professional and explained what they were finding and what they were doing. I was favorably impressed with their skills and experience.

Great service. Second time that I've used them and very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Used their services for replacing a thermostat on a water heater. Paid $730 on the spot, was told everything was fine. It stopped working almost immediately. I called the service guy, he said he was off duty and couldn't help me as it was evening hours. Called a different company, they came and took a look. The thermostat was wired wrong. The second company fixed it, and charged me $190 for something I'd already paid a different company to do. Called and spoke with someone at Frasier, they don't care about making things right. They have my money, and they're out of there. Their website says in several places that they're the 'Trusted' source fro plumbing and such in Central WI. I wouldn't trust them again, and I recommend that you don't as well.

Josh arrived on time, explained what he was going to do with our air conditioning unit, and spent well over an hour looking for the problem. He explained that he thought he had found the problem, but that if there was any more water under the unit he would be out to fix it.
He was thorough and professional.

Josh L. was very professional, encouraged me to view his work on our furnace, and explained and educated me as he worked, which helped me to understand our situation and value his knowledge base to make decisions. He pointed our why and how the repairs needed to be done. Good experience with what appeared to be a reasonable fee.

Very good exerience with my service team of Brad and Jeff. They explained what needed to be done and why and demonstrated how to work the furnace. They went beyond by fixing the water leak in the water filtration system too. They cleaned uo and did a neat installation.

I normally do not like dealing with things like this, but Aaron took charge and got right to it. Made it as painless as possible. Excellent job. Pleasure dealing with Aaron.

I had a problem with my tankless water heater leaking. I called a lot of different plummers and even the company. didnt have very good results until I called frasiers. they were very helpful, and had a tech. out within a few hours. he fixed the leak and is going to check on my warranty for me. very good service.
