Complaint: ***The reason I am rejecting this response is because: We realize that you did not include the tags, taxes and registration but this complaint is about the fact that you all told me and my family that everything is included, we were ready to walk out the door and where told that if I paid an additional $500.00, everything would be included I didn't know because I went on your word that everything was included You knew that you where not going to include it on the buyer's order Your boss even told my daughter, if we had any problems come back to him and now you don't even know who that person was! In hindsight you never intended to honor your word and said anything to get the deal done and that is my complaint and I was mislead and now out of $I had my credit union check and you knew I wanted everything included and paid with that check, so why would I have paid an additional $if everything was not includedYour word is not your bondI wished we didn't believe your word and had paid more attention to what was written on the buyer's orders This is and a company should be honest and have integrity, Fred's Executive Auto, don't

July 31,
Dear
*** ***,
This
letter is in response to your letter of July 17, regarding the above matter. For your clarification, below please find a
few important facts about the sales transaction involving the purchase of a
vehicle by *** *** ***
***. Mr
Sputty Idid Cephas, purchased the vehicle involved, a *** ***, and accordingly
signed a “Buyers Purchase Order” on March 28, 2015. The “Buyers Purchase Order” bears his
signature and clearly states that the buyer is aware that the vehicle is being
purchased “AS IS”. Specifically, in the
“Warranty Section” of the “Buyers Purchase Order” states “I understand that
this vehicle is being sold with all Faults and is not covered by any
DEALER WarrantyI understand that the DEALER is not required to make any
Repairs after I buy this VehicleI will have to pay for any Repairs this
Vehicle will need.” This document is
attached, and it bears the signature of
*** *** *** ***
Additionally, *** *** *** *** on that same day, March 28, 2015, signed a document by the name of a
“Buyers Guide” which further attests that the vehicle was purchased
“AS-IS”. It specifically states that the
purchaser will pay for all Costs for any RepairsThe Dealer assumes no
responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the
vehicle.” Further, *** *** *** ***
agreed and signed an “Acknowledgement of an Sale” as well on March 28,
which again acknowledged that vehicle was being purchased “AS-IS” with no
warranty.Finally, *** *** *** *** acknowledged and
signed a “WE OWE” on March 28, 2015, which again indicated that the vehicle was
being purchased “AS IS.” It specifically
indicates that the Dealership does now owe anything to the purchaser, the
dealership has not promised anything, and that the vehicle is being purchased
“AS-IS.” Please note, on the day of
purchase *** *** *** *** also signed a warranty contract. Per dealership policy, the warranty contract
is automatically submitted to the warranty company via electronic online
submission on the same the day it is signed.
After it is submitted to the warranty company, the dealership no longer
possess any authority over the warranty.
All matters regarding the warranty must be handled directly with the
warranty company including cancellation/modificationPlease inform us if any further
clarification is necessarySincerely,

Freds executive auto is wonderful! It was a pleasure to work with knowledgeable individuals in a welcoming environmentthis is my second purchase and as usual they hooked up with a vehicle- Ashly P***

I could not the get the car I wanted but was very pleased with my experienceJeannette is just too sweet, did everything she
could to help me even though she was not feeling wellShe went the extra mile to make sure my needs are metI fell
so bad for leaving without closing the deal on that car with all the trouble that I causedI was a little bit too hard-headedThe whole team is great, very respectful and polite which kind of change me of the couple rude salesmen I met prior to get
to Fred'sThe selection of cars is excellent and out of this world, I have already started to recommend that dealership to friends,
they actually offered me to finance the car but I had a better interest rate from my bankI will definitely comeback, I loved the experience (unbelievable for someone who didn't buy anything but waste people time)If you are looking for a nice luxury car at a decent price, run to Fred's and when you get there, ask for my girl Jeannette, she will get
you what you want and really take good care of you

*** ***, I appreciate you taking the time to write this reviewIt will be appreciated even more if you took the time to write a more accurate depiction of that event that occurred instead of coloring a picture
In case your memory does not serve you well, let me kindly remind you of
the events that actually occurred when you came to visitFirst of all, it is the dealership policy to present to our customers the option to take the car they intend to purchase for an outside inspection at a mechanic of their choiceThis is an option that we offer to all our customers and not just an option that we presented to youSo please, don't be misled suggesting that "you" planned on taking the car a *** *** dealerDon't forget, WE suggested that option to you, and then you chose to take it in for an inspectionAdditionally, it was also your choice to take the car to a mechanic of your choice and you agreed to incur any costs associated with itTherefore, please do not falsely allege that the dealership took your $If you can recall the $was the fee that you paid DIRECTLY to the *** *** dealership for the inspectionOur dealership had nothing to do with that fee and no portion of that fee went to our dealership in any way
Furthermore, I would also like to point out that if you can again recall I personally disclosed to you in person that there is an announcement for the car which indicated that the front of the car was damaged and thus the price of the car was $10,less
Second, if you can recall correctly, the car already had a PSI inspection completed and it came out cleanFurther, the inspection that you, yourself had completed at the *** dealership came out clean tooAt the time when you came to the dealership we had a *** on hand and showed it to youThe *** was cleanI, personally, informed you that we did not have the updated *** on hand and some things might be different on the updated *** once we receive itNeither I, nor any of my employees had any idea what the updated *** *** would containWe told you the same thing we tell all of our customers when we don't have an updated *** immediately availableWe, never in any way, indicated to you that we were keeping anything from youAlso, just to clarify, after we received the updated ***, we properly put a disclaimer on the website of all of our advertisers which advertised this vehicleThe disclaimer specifically stated "Caution- ***"*** ***, if you are going to put up a review and try to tarnish the reputation of a business, please make sure you are at least completely honest in your depiction of the factsWe take great offense to your baseless allegationsWith that said, I will conclude by kindly suggesting that you please let your conscious be your guideAll we request is that you please present an accurate depiction of your experience here at Fred’s Executive Auto and not taint a picture for othersWe take pride in the business we do, and the service that we provide to our customers

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I agree with most of what was written, however there is one major issue that is totally untrueIt was NEVER Revealed to me by anyone at Fred's that the Vehicle was tagged as STRUCTURALLY DAMAGEDI specifically asked all these questions before I committed to a mile round trip, if it was revealed to me I would never have taken the rideI also asked to look at an updated *** and the title but was given a lame excuse as to why they couldn't produce thatFurthermore when the *** was updated they pulled it from the web when marketing the vehicle on lineFinally I bought the same year, make and model vehicle with more options for only $more than the price of Fred's vehicle not $10,more
Regards,
*** ***

*** ***, She purchased the *** *** on 07/16/2016, as you can see on the Buyers Order she was not charged the Tax's And Registration that she Signed. She knew that
she did not pay for her Tax's and Registration, The Bank knew that the Tax's and registration were not charged. The customer if the registered Owner and the Bank got the Security interest.*** ***, could Give us the Tax's and Registration money so that we could go to MVA and get your Hard Tag's or she could go to her State DMV and pay her Tax's and Registration to have her vehicle registered
