the inspection and agreed to cover the cost of the pre-sale inspectionAfter you picked the *** dealership of your choice and you personally made the appointment, Freds Executive Auto covered the cost of the inspection and paid $for the pre-sale inspectionAfter the pre-sale inspection, you were in direct contact with the *** dealership and was directly advised by the *** dealership on what the vehicle requiredAt this point, if the vehicle requires any further maintenance you must directly contact the *** dealership

This letter is in regards to the above matterFor your clarification, below please find a few important facts about the sales transaction involving the purchase of the above-mentioned vehicle
Please be informed that the
allegations made about the dealership are completely Baseless and unreasonablePrior to completing the purchase of the vehicle, you were given many opportunities to thoroughly examine and inspect the vehicleOnly after your full satisfaction, was the sale finalized
The vehicle described above was purchased on December, 2010, and accordingly signed a “Buyers Purchase Order” on December, 2010, The “Buyers Purchase Order” bears their signatures and clearly states that the buyer's are aware that the vehicle is being purchased “AS IS”Specifically, in the “Warranty Section” of the “Buyers Purchase Order” states “I understand that this vehicle is being sold with all Faults and is not covered by any DEALER WarrantyI understand that the DEALER is not required to make any Repairs after I buy this VehicleI will have to pay for any Repairs this Vehicle will need.” This document is attached, and it bears the signature's of *** * *** & *** * *** II
Additionally *** * *** & *** * *** IIon that same day, December,
2010, signed a document by the name of a “Buyers Guide” which further attests that the vehicle was purchased “AS-IS”It specifically states that the purchaser will pay for all Costs for any RepairsThe Dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.”
Further, *** * *** & *** * *** II, agreed and signed an “Acknowledgement of an Sale” as well on December, which again acknowledged that vehicle was being purchased “AS-IS” with no warranty
*** * *** & *** * *** II, Acknowledged and Signed The *** Report indicating an Accident
Finally, *** * *** & *** * *** II, acknowledged and signed a “Disclosure Report of Accident Indicator in *** or Other Reporting Services” on December, 2010, which again indicated that the vehicle was being purchased “AS IS.” It specifically indicates that the Buyer understands that an Accident Report of this vehicle is recorded in *** or Other Reporting Services and this vehicle has sustained Frame Damage , and that the buyer is buying the vehicle “AS-IS.”
And also, *** * *** & *** * *** II, signed a "Acknowledgement As to Vehicle Prior History" on December, 2010, Prior to our Purchase of the vehicle, the dealer has provided and or made available to us with a *** report for this vehicle ("Report")We understand and Acknowledge that the dealer is simply a customer of *** and that I may obtain my own *** report for the vehicle at my own expense on WWW.***.COMWe understand and Acknowledge that because: (I) the report either contains information regarding prior accident, which resulted in damages to the vehicle or (II) there have been prior accidents, Damages, Recalls, Prior repairs, Service records, or prior use that are not being reported on the reportThe Dealer, Prior to the purchase of the vehicle, has afforded Me/Us the right to conduct such examinations regarding the vehicle, The extent of any prior Damage, And the condition thereof as I/We may Deem suitable or NecessaryHaving conducting such inspection, I/We are satisfied with the Physical condition of the vehicleI/We Acknowledge that I/We have Negotiated and agreed to the sales price for the vehicle talking into Consideration all of the prior repairs on the vehicleThis Acknowledgement supersedes any Oral representations made concerning the condition of the vehicle
