My furnace blower quit running on a recent hot week-end causing my air conditioning system to stop workingi called Fred's after hours emergency number and spoke to their tech ***He finished another appointment and came out to our house as soon as possibleHe was very professional and was able to successfully troubleshoot the problem ( the main control board on the furnace/blower was shot)He provided me with honest and straightforward options to fix the problemHe was very efficient and was able to get the air conditioning unit up and running within minutes of getting a part at a local after hours distributorHe then figured the cost of the service with the issuance of a service agreement from Fred's Heating & Air, which saved me at least $*** on the repair cost and more than paid for the service agreement plus gave me and extended year parts and labor warrantyAll in all it was a good .experience with this company and I would recommend them to others
