They serviced our furnace in October and the heat went out on Feb5, I called them at 6:PM and left a message on their emergency service lineThey said leave a message and they would get back to me in a short whileI called again hours later and left another messageI had told them my husband was disabled and I needed the heat workingThey finally called back hours laterI guess this is what they consider a short timeI ended up calling another company who came out immediately and got it fixedWill never use them again

Freds has always provided great service The techs are respectful and prompt They explain everything and give me confidence that my HVAC is in good working order Very easy to schedule and when we have had to purchase products, the salesperson was well imformed and not pushy

I had them put in a complete system late last year One of the things that impressed me the most was the professionalism of the technicians putting the new system You could tell without a doubt they took great pride in their work paying attention to the smallest details of how it looked and functioned Being that fussy in my book is a good thing Also, I'm an incessant question asker The techs doing the work took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything they were doing without hesitation or acting the least bit irritated
Today *** was just here to do a post install checkup on the cooling system I started asking questions as usual and again *** answered all of them explain everything he was doing To top it off I mentioned that I used to take my old condenser apart to hose it out each year after cottonwood season I told him I didn't want to do that with a brand new unit He told me you don't need to that with this one Then he asked if I wanted him to show me how to do it So we dug out the hose and he gave me a lesson Now that's customer service!
Without a doubt, I'd recommend Fred's for all your HVAC needs
