 Puritan's Pride did send different iron tablets which were not of the same quality as the original ones ordered. I do not intend to do further business with this company and will just drop the complaint as I do not feel that I will ever get the original iron tablets ordered.

NO! I am insulated that Puritan would even consider this resolved! I had a Puritan representative  call me on Sunday to simply "check up with me to see if I got my order." She made this seem like a courteous call that they do for everyone. When I told her I hadn't received me package she feigned disbelief! She actually was surprised when I told her I reached out to the Revdex.com. Moreover, when she told me she would ship me out ANOTHER package, they still  had my address wrong in the system! Get it together Puritan! I have been a loyal customer for at least the last seven years. I place several big orders with you a year. You are about to lose an extremely loyal customer because of your repeated incompetence. How will you rectify this situation?!

"I received a call about 3-4 weeks ago...from someone of Puritan´s Customer Service Dept mentioning that in maximum 7 Days from that call, I would be receiving the full amount in my credi card account which I confirm all the data (number - name - expiration date and code behind the card) and have been checking in my Bank since then and NOTHING  was transfered to my account.I also resent an email (**/10/15) to Puritan's Pride Customer Service <[redacted]> asking about the payment and not received a reply yet.

I have reviewed this complaint and understand the consumer has been fully refunded and is satisfied.

Dear Sir or Madam, The company has made several attempts to provide the details of the investigation results to the consumer.  It's unfortunate the results are not satisfactory.  Another attempt is being made to address some additional comments in the consumer's rejection.  If the consumer's attorney has sent a letter, it still has not been received but can easily be directed to the undersigned for a response.  As for what sample was received - the Quality Department received one open 60 tablet count bottle containing 78 round white tablets .386 inches in diameter, .213 inches in thickness and weight .349 grams; 4 "foreign" white capsule shaped tablets .321 inches x .761 inches, .195 inches in thickness and weight .818 grams.  The alleged foreign tablet seen in consumer's sample does not resemble any of the products packaged near the consumer's lot.  Packaging records were reviewed and determined that there were no deviations or abnormalities noted during the packaging process.  Line clearance was performed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.  Quality checks were conducted routinely throughout the bottling process, logbooks were reviewed and none of the products packaged prior to or on the adjacent lines resemble the "foreign" product returned by the consumer.  There were 63,144 bottles packaged for this lot and there were no other complaints of this nature on this lot.  The company understands the product was not contaminated when it left the facility.  The company also does not suggest the consumer tampered with the product but just states that once it leaves the facility and our custody and control, we cannot determine what happens.  It is in our best interest to ensure consumer satisfaction and we endeavor to provide quality products and good customer service.  It is unfortunate the consumer has had this type of experience, and we welcome her to enjoy some of the other quality products offered.  It is our hope this matter is resolved. Sincerely, Maria T. I am responding to this complaint that was made to my attention on 3-2-17. The customers had sent down to my shop a representative on her behalf. At the time of this meeting, there was no damage to the car. Her rep told me she had already fixed the car. I asked for further proof that the damage had...

really happened, old parts or some tangible proof. Also I had told the owner of the vehicle over the phone that if we did the damage, we would defiantly reimburse her for the damages. I have not herd from them since besides letters explaining the same complaint here. I am sorry that I can not just go on word of mouth that we damaged something! I really wish she had contacted me immediately after the pick up of the vehicle about the damage but I had never seen any damage to the vehicle.

I have yet to know what two types of pills were in the bottle that I returned to the company as they requested. They state that results were provided to me and this in not true. I spoke to Natalie on 5/**/17 to which she indicated she would personally look into the matter and get back with me as soon as the investigation was completed. I have yet to hear back from her. I also spoke to Mike on 8/**/17 who stated that he was a supervisor. He read from their records that I was told back in May that " they cannot identify the pills". This is unacceptable and does not represent a thorough investigation as they said in the response. I have made several phone calls and have even had an attorney send a letter requesting a response. I ingested pills that they are not willing to reveal what they were. I am attaching photo's that I took prior to sending back the bottle and the content to the company. I have several family members and fellow employees that can verify that the pills in the bottle are the ones in the photo's and they are also the same pills that were in the bottle. I refuse the bogus response and demand a further investigation with a written result on the contents in the bottle.

AGAIN, Puritan has called me, but has yet to acknowledge that they CONTINUALLY screw up, nor have they offered any sort of solution. If they do not fix this problem in the next message, I will cease to be a customer with their company. This means that they will lose approximately $1000 worth of annual business with me, which has continued over almost the past 10 years. STOP BEING SO TONE DEAF [redacted]!
