April **, 2016 were declined for safety reasons since the information entered did not match bank billing information.  The third ordered placed on April **, 2016 (Saturday) was approved on May *, 2016 (Monday) and shipped on May *, 2016.  The shipping confirmation and tracking data were provided by e-mail on May *, 2016.I have followed through on the consumer's request for cancellation of the order and the Consumer Affairs Department has contacted [redacted] for return of the package and has issued a refund back to the consumer's credit card for $99.47, the amount of the full order.  Attempts were made to reach the consumer by phone but were unsuccessful so an e-mail has been sent.  It is our hope the consumer returns to enjoy the many quality products offered by Puritan's Pride, Inc.  Thank you. Sincerely, Maria T.
