The damages that were done we're not caused by us they were trying to scam us on stuff that was already old and broken we do not pay for people stuff that is already broken

I've never dealt with a business owner like this before! I told him on multiple occasions that the figure was negotiable and he has not responded backI believe that MrB [redacted] had no intentions to do the right thing and fix/pay for what his company damaged and will file suit if I don't get satisfaction by 3/3/It has been a month! The WORST experience ever! Please do not us this company! The most unreliable, unprofessional and lack of business skills Operational Manager Michael, Gave me an email quote, (THEN TOLD ME IT WILL COST DOUBLE) I asked if they needed to come out and was told "no", Showed up at 2pm only after I called checking on the ETA to be told I wasn't on scheduled They never finished job, was going to call me next day that was a week ago Thank goodness I was smart enough to hire someone else Lots of damage due to poor management

Called the business spoke with John BHe stated that the business has been attempting to resolve the issue with no availJohn said that he is willing to fix any damages as long as they are legitimateIn order to verify the damages are legitimate John said he will need pictures and
descriptions of the damageOnce the pictures and the descriptions are received that information will be reviewedIf the damage is legitimate then they will take the necessary steps to take care of the issueJohn stated that he was informed that the ceiling was damaged and he needs a picture of the damage as well once that is received he will schedule a time to fix the ceiling damage

Walls and floors were recently restored so they are not old Work was done by *** ***Also the furniture was ruined although not brand new , furniture was in good condition knobs are missing in the second bedroom set and bed was not put together correctly so bottom pieces fellAlso a part of the front dresser is damagedFixing the wood floors alone would be *** dollars I was willing to be more than fare and let go of scratched floors when I only asked for *** to be able to patch walls and fix furniture If you are unable to pay the amount then I will be willing for you to come and fix the furniture and walls and floors yourself Also I would be willing to go to court It's about the principle and owning up to your mistakes , especially when running a business

Their name should be Dishonest Movers They sent a drug addicted thief to my home to move my furniture One of their crew members stole $20K of jewelry from my home We had to get the police involved and after hours of searching and questioning, the jewelry was recovered from the bottom of the trash bin the mover stashed into tin can Now my wife and I have to appear in court to get this guy convicted Turns out this wasn't the first time this guy had stolen from a house Just the day before, he stole a credit card from a homeowner A credit card that he also stashed in my trash bin
They also damaged several pieces of custom-made furniture an damaged doors and walls in our brand new house They forgot to unload a flat-screen TV and took it to another job site the next day before delivering to me The TV was delivered with a shattered screen and the owner is refusing to take responsibility for the damage
These guys are dishonest, to include the owner who just feeds lies and deception to his clients DO NOT use these movers...you'll be sorry if you do!

This company was also extremely difficult for me to initially contact as well. It took weeks, and I think the owner only answered after...

so long because he didn't recognize my number. When I went to the physical address listed for the business, it is the residential home of an elderly couple. Apparently they have had multiple people stop at their home because of this company's bad business.Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help make this right and also protect future people being taken advantage of like I was.
