Cardtronics called cardholders bank which is in [redacted] and they did not have an interpreter available and asked us to call back in hours which of course we are closed We emailed the cardholder to also advise him of this and for him to call his bank and have them Reference Case ID Case ID [redacted] -for details showing credit was sent 1/21/
