I tried to withdraw $from the ATM machine CardTronics runs using my *** card, but the machine failed to dispense the cast prints the "transaction complete" receipt, which shows the $cash and $charge are completedI confirmed that my banking account was deducted by $I tried to call their customer service number located on the machine as well as on their website, but no live agents serve my call, it simply asked me to contact my card-issuing bankI asked my card-issuing bank (*** *** ***) to file an error-correction request, but so far my card-issuing bank received no response from CardTronicsI called *** (Telephone: ***), but *** did not receive any refund eitherPlease refund the fund back to my account as soon as possible - it has been almost months! asked us to call back in hours which of course we are closed

also advise him of this and for him to call his bank and have them Reference
