I highly recommend Free Bee Pest Control for any pest problems you may encounter. My family and I had a yellow jacket's nest a couple years ago, and Free Bee Pest Control did an outstanding job helping us. They were flexible, timely, affordable, professional, and thorough. Eric also showed me how to prevent them from coming back into my attic; he EASILY could have left after removing the nest, and then charged me again when the yellow jackets returned. They don't do that - they care about their customers and operate with integrity.

After being so pleased with Free Bee during our last experience, I recently called them again as we may have honey and/or carpenter bees nesting on our deck. Without even knowing I was a repeat customer, Eric was again professional and asked many questions that helped him best anticipate our needs. He gave me advice of what to look for, and we agreed that there may not be a problem just yet. Just like last time, he could have EASILY charged me just for a "service call". Instead, he took the honorable approach of providing education and still offering to come out any time, if needed.

In addition to caring about customers, Eric also demonstrated a strong passion for the critters in nature. In this case it was bees, though Eric clearly has a large knowledge base and concern for nature. He will ensure that customers' homes are safe for the family, though he will explore all possibilities to not harm nature, if possible.

Very quick to respond, and accommodating with scheduling initial bed bud treatment! Which you have to be gone for 3-4 days, we were scared and nervous but they kept me updated throughout the entire process, giving me updates and before I even had a question that would occur I was being contacted and given the opportunity to ask or reassurance that my home and belongings were safe.The company was considerate of my childrens belongings as well as mine! So, the day after Christmas, I call there's someone @ my home within an hour. Within another 2 hours I have the equipment I needed in my home @ much less expense than other pest control companies. Ran into an issue. The owner came to my home @ 5 pm, got me squared away wasn't even upset I accidentally (due to an unknown electrical issue) ruined a piece of his equipment. If I could rate this company 1000 stars I would & I'm not sure that's even high enough! If you have any pest issues, make Free Bee your very first call!

Free Bee Pest Control is amazing. We had Yellow Jackets in an upstairs dormer ready to bore into the ceiling. Eric came out within a couple of hours, gave us detailed information about his treatment, guaranteed his work and gave us a very reasonable price. We had a tough case and he had to come out on a Sunday. Once again, he came quickly and totally eliminated the problem. Free Bee Pest Control provided excellent and fast service. They arrived within about a half hour of our calling them, on a Friday evening and went ahead and quickly took care of a large yellow jacket nest that we found in an outdoor cabinet by our garage. Within about 30-40 minutes of arrival Eric, assessed the nest, explained how he was going to take care of it, and removed it. Now we do not have to worry about a nest of aggressive bee's in our yard. The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

We had such a positive experience with Free Bee! I messaged at 9:30 pm and got a speedy response despite the late hour. The next morning Eric came to inspect and confirmed that we had bed bugs. He did a wonderful job of explaining the bug's life cycle and how the extermination process works. He went out of his way to make sure that the kids had all their questions answered.
