Very pleased! We received awesome service! Eric at Free Bee is highly knowledgable in his field, he was also super informative, and thorough. This is something we've been wanting to do for a long time, he beat out his competitors in pricing, and I felt that we got a more personal service that was never misleading or upselling. Everything was straight forward and exactly what we wanted! So glad to have found this company. I've already recommended them to all my friends!

Eric was able to come out on the same day I called, gave a free inspection and quote. Came back the following day to provide the service requested. Very professional and answered all of my questions! I highly recommend free bee!

This company is amazing! Eric went above and beyond what we were expecting! We had a rental property that had some MAJOR issues with fleas and other critters. I called to set up an appointment and they were available the next day. Very reasonable with their price! Eric helped my husband clean out stuff that was left by the renters, and was just great to work with. It is nice to know that there are still people out there that are willing to help, even when they don't have to! Free Bee will be our go to company if we ever need any pest control again. I had a hornet nest in one of my trees. I called Free Bee and asked for a quote. Their quote was less than half of what three other companies quoted. The technician came out the following day and stated I had a very small nest and they didn't feel right charging me their minimum charge. They actually knocked money off!! I am extremely pleased with the whole process and would recommend you give Free Bee a shot for your pest removal needs. Thanks, Free Bee!!

I would highly recommend using Free Bee Pest Control! I called and left a message in what would be considered after hours for most companies, so I was amazed that I actually received a call back that night. I am far from a bug person so I was truly appreciative that he could come out and not only inspect and give me an estimate (which was a lot more affordable than the other company I had come out) but also spray and take care of the problem the very next day! He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. You just don't get good customer service like this that often anymore! Thank you again for the great work and customer service!

After calling 6 companies, I decided on 3 companies to get estimates. Free Bee was the best offer, coming in at half the cost of one company. I appreciated the very positive attitude, which demonstrated confidence in understanding what the problem was, knowing exactly how to
handle the situation and stated it would be no problem getting it done that day.

The other two companies who looked at the potentially dangerous situation were not very
confident in how they would handle the problem . One company wanted to assign two men to handle the extraction. The companies appeared puzzled about the best approach, but
not confident in the higher cost they would charge.
Free Bee and Pest Control came, identified the problem, stated how it would be done, and that it would be done that day and it was done, not to forget at a lower cost then their competitors

Free Bee Pest Control was extremely helpful and worked with our family with what we needed done. We live in Richmond and Eric was very willing to travel and still give excellent service at a great price. He also followed up with us to make sure the pests where disappearing and is going to continue to do monthly control at a reasonable price.

This is an excellent company. I called them to help me get through a home sale after an inspector said our shed had carpenter bees. Eric got me on the schedule quickly despite being busy. He went to the property and assessed the situation and was very honest about the fact that it was only a small infestation and quoted me a very affordable price. He included a warranty transfer to the person buying my home, which I didn't even ask him to do. Would definitely recommend this company!

I was using a different company to spray my home quarterly. Eric walked into my home and made forget who that company was. On the first visit he explained what he would be doing, the price and what it included as well as the product he was using. At the end of that visit... Eric was no longer a stranger but a friend. Called the company to remove a Bees nest. Top notch customer service from the initial phone call, to the prompt service (within 1 hour), to the excellent description of work needed to be completed this company truly deserves an A+ rating. Hopefully never have to use there services but good to know theres a good reliable company that does is customer friendly.

5 stars for sure. I called Eric at 5pm on a Friday night with concerns of ants and possibly bed bugs. He came to my house 10 am Saturday and tested the inside of my house for ants. Thankfully no bed bed. He was awesome and so professional and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.

Eric was very professional and quick. He showed up within the hour of me calling about a mouse and flea problem. Best part he showed up in a regular truck which is great since I have nosy neighbors. He walked me through step by step what he was going to do and where I needed to seal up entry points of the pest problems. He placed bait traps and sprayed for the fleas the same day. His prices are very reasonable . Would definitely use again and Would highly recommend him.

Eric was the MOST professional person I've worked with. He explained each step and what he was doing before even starting. We had a pretty good sized bee problem that was causing my family and our dog trouble in our back yard. He came out SAME DAY within the hour I called and he was just hands down a nice guy. Yellow jackets in my basement!! After attempting to deal with the issue ourselves for several weeks, I contacted Free Bee Pest Control. They located the nest quickly! I was very impressed with their knowledge and also how they explained it to my family. The treatment was safe for our animals also! From my first conversation with them to the last, all of my concerns were addressed with professionalism. I am so relieved to have found Free Bee Pest Control and will continue to use them for all of my bee, ants, or bug needs in the future!

I contacted Free Bee Pest Control on a personal recommendation. I contacted a different company after discovering we had an infestation of fleas (despite not owning pets or finding mice, rats, or any other common carrier in our home). The other company would have made us wait two weeks before coming to give us a quote, which could have resulted in a worsening infestation. I was glad I had the opportunity to contact Eric, who came out immediately to provide us a quote. He also was able to fit us in his schedule for treatment just days after he provided the quote. Eric's prices were fair and reasonable, given the size of our home. We didn't find any evidence of rodents, but he threw in bait traps in the attic and basement for free, since we had found mouse droppings and actually saw one several months ago over the winter. During the walk-through the day we were scheduled for treatments, we discovered a wasp nest had been forming between the storm window and the wooden window (oh the joys of owning a historic home), and Eric generously offered to treat that space, as well. Eric was courteous, swift to respond to texts and emails, affordable, and very personable. Free Bee is the first and only company I would recommend for friends and family experiencing pest issues.
