I have to say that I am the type of person who only writes a review if the experience was really good or really bad. I do, however, read and decide based on reviews. It is with great relief, happiness and satisfaction that I tell you this was an awesome experience from start to finish. In mid April, my 3 siblings and I decided to sell our family home; by June 7, the money was in our accounts and we were done. I will admit that things seemed to be moving very fast, which caused me great concern. It seemed too good to be true. Jeremy was understanding and did not push. He gave us time to take a breath. Ultimately we took a chance. I'm so glad we did and I highly recommend you do the same. Jeremy is a man of his word. Everyone's situation is different; he is flexible and understanding of your needs. I contacted Joshua for my uncle to help him sell his house. Knowing how impatient my uncle is, I gave Joshua a heads up about how he could be but he insisted that I shouldn't worry and that he would do everything in his power to help him. My experience with Jeremy was more than excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Jeremy was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He worked with me on my home and gave me a great deal on my house I told him the situation I was in and the very next day he came over and he is truly above amazing he met all my expectations gave me what I wanted for house other people were trying to rip me off with the price on the house We did the closing as soon as 3 weeks and over the holidays he help out so much every time I called or text he answered at any time and I did not feel rushed at all!!
