Absolutely TERRIBLE company! Horrific customer service after loan is approved. No easy way to pay off. You are not informed of the interest rate until after the money is provided. Web site is terrible. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Initially I was skeptical that this was a legitimate company. Happy to say I was wrong and the person I worked with was of the utmost of professional and supportive nature.
I am pleasantly surprised that I received a call from a manager at Freedom Plus to go over my loan and the process. As [redacted] did his best to educate me and explain to me why the first representative did not help me and he re worked it. We are in the process of trying to re work the loan and fit it for the best outcome for my needs and their regulations. I appreciate them caring enough to go above and beyond to help me with my financial needs.
