I was extremely pleased with the professionalism offered by Freedom Solar From start to finish, my customer service representative Stacey C [redacted] was super responsive and handled all my questions and any issues I had quickly and to my great satisfaction Hilda L [redacted] in installation was amazing at moving the process along quickly which enabled my permit and installation (from time of initial quote) to be completed in about weeks Rebecca E [redacted] was quick to inform me as soon as I had permission to operateI was especially happy with the amazing installation team - roofers Mario and Manuel , and solar crew Mike, Logan, Ricky and Dane!! I really can't say enough about these guysThey were extremely polite, professional and efficient, and they diligently worked overtime all weekend to make sure the job was done according to my specifications and satisfactionOverall I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Freedom and highly recommend them if you are considering going solar

We are very happy with the serviceThey pay attention to detail, showed us how to use the system online and were very helpful with answering questionsAlso, Erica and Chang were very helpful and professional; whenever we had a question they were prompt with their responsesThe company overall did a great job!

This company is one of the best solar companies in the area! They are kind, courteous, attentive and genuinely care about the customerThey were able to quickly install the solar panels and help me start saving money on my electricity billI would highly recommend anyone whose looking at solar to use this company!

All of our calls are supposed to be scrubbed with Do Not Call Registry, so I'm confused how your number got pastThere are only a couple solutions that I came up withEither the software made a mistake or we somehow received permission to call you
You obviously didn't want to be called so I can only assume that the software made a mistakeI have a meeting set up with our phone service to see where the mistake happenedCurrently there is only one other case that I know about this happeningThat was months ago
The phone service has a logIn the log it shows you were called on 11/It also shows "DO NOT CALL"So please rest assured we will not bother you again and are working on a solution for this to never happen again

Buyers beware! The court says they're not liable for any damages to your property because the contract you sign says so. Do not sign this crappy contract or you could be like me out 12k and have shoddy work with exposed conduit.

After investigation, we found out that the customer's energy bill - which she seeks to be reimbursed by Freedom Solar -  is the result of significant increase in her energy consumption after the solar energy system was installed. Our Legal Team will send a letter to the customer...

sophisticated system to specifically avoid calling customers who do not wish to be called, but it looks like it failed.
I know this is not a valid excuse. However, I want you to know that we never want to bother anyone who isn't requesting or expecting our call. More importantly is we need our agents to respect the customer we talk too.
LaKell and Dustin are usually very nice people. I'm very surprised to learn that they were being rude to you. I'll try and pull up the call and see what happened. Do you know exactly when we called you? Is this the correct phone number:XXXXXXXXXX?

I cannot comment as to whether [redacted] or [redacted] are nice people or not, but they did both hang up on me. I feel Freedom Solar is operating an illegal "boiler room" telemarketing office. I still feel I should be compensated for the illegal calls, and Freedom Solar needs to abide by the National Do Not Call List, which I feel is not being done. I just feel it is interesting that they both hanged up on me, though I was polite. This is usually the mark of telemarketing scams or "boiler rooms." The phone number [redacted] mentioned is my phone number.

Thank you for the help in this matter. We've never had a complaint for calling someone and we have never worked as an accredited Revdex.com company. So, I am not sure how to proceed.
We've apologized to the person receiving the call. Discussed with our agents how to handle this type of situation if it arises again. And discussed with our phone system to stop this from happening again.
We didn't destroy this mans home, lie on a contract, charge too much, etc. It was a simple glitch in the software that called a number registered on DNC. It's not a good thing, but we work very hard to satisfy our customers and provide a great service. And I would hate for our future customers to question our integrity over an accidental phone call.
